It's meant to be humorous, a take off from the crazy NRA. I worked in schools for over 30 years and in no way am I serious about guns in school. Lighten up and read more carefully.

The NRA would pay for everything: instruction, classes, guns, ammo, wages, insurance, any and all things associated with it. Don't need a Plan B as I was joking about Plan A. Schools should be free of all weapons, I wanted to go as far left as the NRA goes to the right.

I thought NRA stood for National Ralphie Association, named after the little kid in "A Christmas Story". Just had to have a gun, nothing would deter him. As far as the NRA's proposal for armed guards in schools, I'm all for it as long as they pay for it. That should bankrupt them in no time and we'll never have to hear from them again. We'll be able to use common sense again.
