You can choose to believe anything you want about JFK and his "morals".

The world knows he was a notorious womanizer.

And, the fact that I point out the truth has nothing to do with him being a Democrat.

It DOES have everything to do with him being a womanizer.

I never said he was a bad president, just that he had no morals when it came to his marriage.

It's laughable that you say it was all OK because there was an "agreement" with his wife.

Wonder what Jackie would say about this so-called "agreement"?

Wonder what his kids or grandkids would say?

A man is either faithful or unfaithful.

We all know JFK was very much unfaithful.

Thus, no "morals" in his marriage.

I'm fairly sure that the IRS knows who Mitt Romney is.

And how do you or any of us know for certain that they have not already audited him?

If you have any reasonable evidence that would be cause for the IRS to investigate/audit Romney then you should turn him in.

I think there are probably several others trying to get such evidence at this time.

    You're welcome.

I thought you were familiar with quotation marks and how and why they are used.

    "America is not for sale..."

You used those words in your post, I repeated them in quotation marks.

It is unfortunate that you confused my meaning.

My main point is that America may not be for sale (as you said)  but our politicians certainly are for sale.

    Is that clearer?

The problem is that Americas politicians ARE for sale.

And MOST of them will sell out, and HAVE sold out to the highest bidders.

Not just the Republicans.  Not just the Democrats.  Nearly ALL of them.

Special interests/big MONEY absolutely OWNS them.

And some people wonder why Congress can't get anything done...

Wake up and smell the MONEY.

And woven is right when he says "here it is legal"

But, it is still much worse in some other countries.

"JFK was a great man" "and had high morals"?  Really?

Maybe he had "high morals" in SOME aspects of his life.

    Not about his marriage vows.

According to all reasonable historical accounts, JFK was the king of infidelity among presidents until Clinton came along and broke his records.

Wonder if Jackie would agree that he had "high morals"?

JFK had good qualities and bad qualities as do all presidents.

No, "high morals" was not JFK's strongpoint.

    "real issues"?

Nah, some members would rather get all up in arms about an unproven accusation.

Notice what Harry Reid said --- "He didn't pay taxes for 10 years."

Notice what he did not say --- "This is my source.  This is who gave me that information.  This is my proof.  These are my facts to back it up.  This is my evidence."

No, Harry did not say any of those things.

You mean some people would divert attention away from the economy?

    Well, of COURSE they would!

You think that the IRS should "investigate and audit Romney", right?

And if they do not, then "the IRS is really owned by the Republican Party"?

    That's quite a stretch, don't you think?

Do you know for a fact  that the IRS has NOT audited Romney?

Using your logic, isn't the Supreme Court "owned" by the Democratic party because of their big win on Obamacare?

Good idea except for one small problem:

We'd actually need to be "in the middle of an economic recovery", which, of course, we are not.

    Darn it!

Such a good idea and it was SO close!

If only we had an economic recovery that we could get in the middle of...

    Take it easy on Harry.

    He's just following orders.

    He's only the attack dog.

He's doing what he's told to do.

It's not his story and the White House probably put him up to it.

Obama couldn't come out and say it, so Harry got stuck with it.

Anything to divert attention from the economy...

One of the great things about America is that you are free to express your opinion, and I am free to express mine.

Great example cited, but since this is not "a Mormon temple" I think I'll go ahead and express my opinion.

I don't think my words on a computer screen are "interrupting" anyone.

Maybe you disagree.  It would not be the first time we had a difference of opinion.

In the REAL world, lots of people share differing opinions.

And, amazingly, most people don't get bothered by different opinions from others.

    Have a very nice day.
