I must agree with Dutch, we are being taken to the cleaners. The only reason I am worried about Harris becoming the nominee is that she has so much negative baggage that hasn't been brought out yet. I can see Trump lurking in the background hoping that the nominee is her. I can see him bringing up her prosecutor days where she was not very fair to minorities who came before her, as well as her having an affair with her married colleague. She may have a harder time than she thinks getting the African American votes because of how she tried blacks in the past. I don't know much about Bernie Sanders so I can't speak on him. Elizabeth Warren seems to be a very good candidate however I am not sure that America will elect a woman. You can bet your bottom dollar that Trump has gathered negative information on them all because that is how he controls his opponents through fear. Look at our U.S. Senate, they are deathly afraid of him. I don't know what hold he has on them but they are literally afraid of this man. I am just worried that we will have 4 more years of Trump. That is why I said each time the dems attack each other they are giving Trump fuel and research information to defeat them. They are making his job so easy by destroying each other from the inside.

I have said all along that Trump is a mobster (Russian mobster). If you notice everyone who starts out opposed to him ends up following him around like a sick puppy. Lindsey Graham turned on his best friend John McCain for Trump. The entire Senate is afraid of him. He goes into a room with them and they come out possessed. Either he has something on them or he's the devil.....lol. Although Mrs. Harris is a tough cookie we need to be realistic. Even if she wounds Biden and gets the nomination she will never win the election. With all of the racial issues Trump has stirred up in this nation, she will not get the votes she needs to win the election. What she may do is cripple the one person who can get the votes and get Trump out of the White House, so this nation can return to some kind of sanity. My biggest fear is that we will nominate someone who will not get the votes. When her background starts coming up about her time as a prosecutor and AG, she is going to loose some of the African American votes she so desperately needs. She was not a saint when it comes to civil rights as a prosecutor. She put away a lot of the people she is now expecting to support her. Like I said previously, she was never concerned about civil rights until she started running for president. I will support whomever the democratic nominee is but race should have been left out of this equation.

WWJD, I understand what you are saying but we don't need to give Trump the ammunition. Let his campaign dig it up but we should never feed them negative information to use against us.

Now is not the time for bickering among the Democrats. We cannot afford to loose this election over something that happened over 40 years ago. There are enough issues of today to debate on. Representative Harris says V.P. Joe Biden voted for busing when she was a kid over 40 years ago, however after receiving her education, she chose to be a Prosecutor. She sent numerous black and brown men and boys to prison, instead of pushing for prison reform and rehabilitation. She had a platform in the Congress for years to also help get prison reform. We need to stick to the matter at hand and try to win this election, instead of tearing each other down. If all of the Democratic candidates are wounded and limping going into this election over pass history, Trump gets 4 more years in office. We are giving the Republican all kinds of ideas and talking points by beating up on our own.
