Cox was arrested in Alaska when he approached an officer and failed to disclose that he was carrying a concealed firearm. Cox did not show up for his Feb. 14 court date and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He went into hiding. The day before the court date, Cox and 4 others plotted to kill any state trooper that came to arrest Cox. If Cox was arrested, then two state targets were to be kidnapped. If Cox was killed, the captives would be killed. If Cox's house was seized, then the captives' houses would be burned. The group then realized they needed more manpower and postponed the plan. It would be initiated at a later date via twitter. Cox was eventually seized without incident and is currently serving a 310 month sentence.
