Federal Agents have arrested a Mississippi man and have charged him with threatening President Obama and other public officials after he allegedly mailed ricin laced letters to Mississippi Senator Roger Wicker and then to President Obama. Paul Kevin Curtis, who goes by his middle name, was charged in Federal Court today and is being held at a jail in rural Mississippi.

Multiple family members have come forward and claimed that Mr. Curtis suffers from bi-polar disorder and has not been taking his medication recently, which begs the question of whether or not he will be fit to stand trial. They claim that he is a great man when he is on his prescribed medications, but is unpredictable when he decides to not take them.
