All you can write about is they caught a kid terriorist. I'm surprised nobody's is asking where did this kid, who is supposedly a citizen, and his brother (who's dead now and was agreen card) had a huge cache of weapons and ammo that they used against the police, FBI and authorities chasing them. Even when the police cornered the 19 year, (young man, but an adult) provided a volley of fire back with what sounded like automatic weapons, but could be semi-automatic. I'm assuming the public will know more about the weapons these two crazed killers possessed as soon as details are released. The bomb making, yea anybody can make a bomb, is determined how much technical skill you have or who are the unidentified accomplices remaining at large that did train them or make the bombs. Although I deplore their use of the bombs for their acts of mayhem, where did the guns and ammo come from?

The biggest concern I have for this horror is the assault style return fire on police. Where did the weapons come from? Who sold them the weapons? What "GUN SHOW", did they attend purchasing weapons? If the media comes out with the detailed gun purchasing of these individuals, which I anticipate will be gun shows sold them these guns, America should wake up and vote again on gun control soon. These gun shows will sell to any terriorist with no questions asked. Period and Exclamation! We are morally and rightously required to have mandatory background checks, registered weapon ownership and a dedicated office that monitors all the data retrieved to insure, mentally ill, criminals and especially potential and known terriorist that could have weapons intended to do harm in America. It is common sense and if the 2nd Amendment stands in the way, for God sakes, change it. American lives are at stake here. How many more deaths do you want for not supporting gun control? Many of us who support gun control could say those who are against this are just accomplices in these deadly acts.

Female DNA has been found on some of the bomb components used on April 15. This does not mean that there was a female accomplice though and just could be residual DNA left by someone who sold them the components.

I know it doesn't mean much, but just wanted to update.

Yup. Gotcha headlines. Did the investigation even think about garage sales as a great way pick up kitchenware cheap? So suburban moms DNA isn't in a database, shocking. But not a surprise.

Wow; what a great news; I certainly like to know what was cooked in that thing before and what dishwasher has it ever been in and if any spaghetti leftovers were found, which the dishwasher missed. What is wrong with this country "milk" these things to death!! Every evening more people get killed by guns than that event, so wake up America, you do not need bombs for that but just good old guns without pressure cooker involvement.
But we are a great country; build your own bomb via the internet; I'm now guarding my coffee pot and other utensils they may steal them just for that purpose; I use gloves now when I cook to make sure my finger prints are not on it. Hallejuja, praise the whatever.

    Dutch,
You sound so down........ Don't let the crazy state of affairs bother you. Of course America is very interested in this Boston mess because to most it's like a puzzle without an answer.
This country has become desensitized to gun violence and even mass shootings. Unfortunately !!!!!! The Boston issue is something people want to rally behind and wave the flag to. Even though 3 + 1 were killed versus the large numbers killed by gun violence each and every day. There's nothing patriotic about gun violence. In fact quite the opposite is true. That's why shootings of non-famous people get page 3 coverage in the news papers.

Tony; no I'm not down, just try to put some humor into ridiculous things; the next event probably gets also milked to death and may be totally different. All this hoopla about Boston is absolutely laughable; guess what; these things happen every day in Iraq and Afghanistan but we do not blink an eye. We are such a self centered society and act like a bunch of scared little children; while in fact we are doing this to ourselves by doing the wrong things in this world. Why do we have the largest defense budget in the world? I wonder how much Bangla Desh spents on defense.
No one wants to invade this country; we are already invaded by all kinds of people since day one, so that is no argument. But do people want to attack us? Yes that is a sure thing, related to on how we behave worldwide. So be prepared for the next event; the media can't wait; they hype on it.
