  Over five hundred people were injured when a meteor shower exploded over Russia today. The Russian Foreign Ministry says that fragments landed in three different regions in Russia, but predominately landed in a lightly populated area in the Chelyabinsk region. Thankfully the meteor didn't explode over a densely populated region of Russia because it could have produced far more causalities.
