America's legal systems refusal to prosecute war criminals, human rights abusers, murderers, kidnappers, billion/million dollar swindlers and to uphold the U.S. Constitution earns them "The Most Corrupt, Criminally Incompetent Systems Award of the Year."

    Re: Count One
Committing of “Subversion” against the American(USA) legal system of political funding in a terrorist venue. Supplying financial Aid to these terrorist links with the direct intent to mislead, falsify accusations as to misdirect the general population, for personal and political means.
    Re: Count two
Intentionally false or inaccurate information that is spread deliberately. It is an act of deception and false statements to convince someone of untruth .Unlike traditional propaganda techniques designed to engage emotional support, disinformation is designed to manipulate the audience at the rational level by either discrediting conflicting information or supporting false conclusions. A common disinformation tactic is to mix some truth and observation with false conclusions and lies, or to reveal part of the truth while presenting it as the whole (a limited hangout).Another technique of concealing facts, or censorship, is also used if the group can affect such control. When channels of information cannot be completely closed, they can be rendered useless by filling them with disinformation, effectively lowering their signal-to-noise ratio and discrediting the opposition by association with many easily disproved false claims.

The People will show “cause” and “effect”, that the defendants, has used, are still using their financial resources to mislead, misinform , and propagandize the American people. The defendants through their efforts has cause these total effects to “subvert” the election system through personal ideologically in which “disinformation” was used and still being used for a “terrorist” take over of the USA government.

We ask that the government, please look into these actions with a fine lenses.

Charles and David Koch are libertarians. The Presidents that Koch most admire include George Washington, Grover Cleveland, and Calvin Coolidge. They became deeply disappointed in what they saw as the economic and foreign policy failures of the presidency of George W. Bush —in part because they felt that it was these failures that ultimately paved the way for the prelation of more drastic governmental overspending and decline of the free enterprise system, the likes of which they believe will prove detrimental to long-term social and economic prosperity. He is opposed to corporate welfare and told the National Journal that his "overall concept is to minimize the role of government and to maximize the role of private economy and to maximize personal freedoms." He said he worries about too much governmental regulation and wrote that, "We could be facing the greatest loss of liberty and prosperity since the 1930s."

Koch disdains "big government" and the "political class". . Koch thinks "prosperity is under attack" by the Obama administration and "warns of policies that 'threaten to erode our economic freedom and transfer vast sums of money to the state'"
In an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal Koch wrote: “Government spending on business only aggravates the problem. Too many business have successfully lobbied for special favors and treatment by seeking mandates for their products, subsidies (in the form of cash payments from the government), and regulations and tariffs to keep more efficient competitors at bay. Crony capitalism is much easier than competing in an open market. But it erodes our overall standard of living and stifles entrepreneurs by rewarding the politically favored rather than those who provide what consumers want.” His opposition to corporate welfare includes lobbying for the end to ethanol subsidies despite the fact that Koch Industries is a major ethanol producer. He is quoted as saying: “The first thing we’ve got to get rid of is business welfare and entitlements.”
Regarding government regulation, Koch has written that he expects his employees to cooperate fully with the law, regardless of personal views:
We needed to be uncompromising [with our workforce], to expect 100 percent of our employees to comply 100 percent of the time with complex and ever-changing government mandates. Striving to comply with every law does not mean agreeing with every law. But, even when faced with laws we think are counter-productive, we must first comply. Only then, from a credible position, can we enter into a dialogue with regulatory agencies to demonstrate alternatives that are more beneficial. If these efforts fail, we can then join with others in using education and/or political efforts to change the law.

Subversion refers to an attempt to transform the established social order and its structures of power, authority, and hierarchy. Subversion (Latin subvertere: overthrow) refers to a process by which the values and principles of a system in place, are contradicted or reversed *. More specifically, subversion can be described as an attack on the public morale and, “the will to resist intervention are the products of combined political and social or class loyalties which are usually attached to national symbols. Following penetration, and parallel with the forced disintegration of political and social institutions of the state, these loyalties may be detached and transferred to the political or ideological cause of the aggressor”.[1] Subversion is used as a tool to achieve political goals because it generally carries less risk, cost, and difficulty as opposed to open belligerency. Furthermore, it is a relatively cheap form of warfare that does not require large amounts of training.[2] A subversive is something or someone carrying the potential for some degree of subversion. In this context, a "subversive" is sometimes called a "traitor" with respect to (and usually by) the government in power. Terrorist groups generally do not employ subversion as a tool to achieve their goals. Subversion is a manpower intensive strategy and many groups lack the manpower and political and social connections to carry out subversive activities.[3] However, actions taken by terrorists may have a subversive effect on society. Subversion can imply the use of insidious, dishonest, monetary, or violent methods to bring about such change.

This is in contrast to protest, a coup d'état, or working through traditional means (if) available in a political system to bring about change. Furthermore, external subversion is where, “the aggressor state attempts to recruit and assist indigenous political and military actors to overthrow their government by coup d’état”.[4] If subversion fails in its goal of bringing about a coup it is possible that the actors and actions of the subversive group could transition to insurrection, insurgency, and/or guerilla warfare.[5]
The word is present in all languages of Latin origin *, originally applying to such events as the military defeat of a city. As early as the 14th century, it was being used in the English language with reference to laws, and in the 15th century came to be used with respect to the realm. The term has taken over from "sedition" as the name for illicit rebellion, though the connotations of the two words are rather different, sedition suggesting overt attacks on institutions, subversion something much more surreptitious, such as eroding the basis of belief in the status quo or setting people against each other.

If we allow the Koch brothers and their cohorts in Washington, my state , your state to get their way, I more than promise you anarchy is a door that is crack wide open.

An awful lot of words; you really think this will change anything? You just get a lot of words back; end of story; plenty of writers around on this globe.

HERE IS PROOF of the Koch Brothers being 2nd generation of the John Birch Society. In 1958, Fred C. Koch was on the National Council of the John Birch Society (and now 2 of his sons -- the Koch Brothers, are financing the Tea Party, & using their billions of dollars rec'd from the oil/gas industry in Wichita, KS -- to thwart usual democratic processes of our govt -- & to "buy" our elections.

The VIDEO (below) is from Claire Connor --- her FATHER was also on the JBS National Council. You will see his name on my posted list of JBS National Council a few days ago. (S. J. Connor) he was a leader in Chicago). She grew up in a Birch family, & she was present in Dallas on Nov. 22, 1963 when JFK was assassinated. They had Birch leader (Robt Welch) at their home a lot in the early 1960's. At some point, she began to question the Birch line, & grew independent from her parents ideology. Now her courageous story is presented to us -- in her book -- "Wrapped in the Flag". Her explanations can be seen on this VIDEO -- (below) - it is very short (only 3 minutes):

(ex JBS): Claire Conner video: "Who are the Koch Brothers?" Tells how Fred Koch on 1958 JBS council, went to Russia to learn petro technology, & became oil millionaire. His sons finance the Tea Party & many right wing groups designed to subvert the US govt (politically) & its economy.
