Mayor Bloomberg Endorses the President

    Mayor Bloomberg announced his endorsement of President Obama. I believe this will help sway the decision of more independent voters, which is great news in such a close election.

    My heart goes out to the victims of Sandy who are suffering in this monumental disaster!

    Finally, there are people who put aside partisan politics, and realize their responsibilities to the nation. I admit I was very pleasantly surprised by Mayor Bloomberg, who is an intelligent man, but who, I always thought, had the coldest eyes I have ever seen. So maybe they were just the eyes of an attempt at pure reason, but now he has the emotional recognition and intelligence to come out and see what is happening! I salute him!
    The same goes for Governor Ritchie, who also put aside politics. He is a very outspoken man, and he is not one to pretend. He had a job to do, and he understood that the president working diligently with him would produce better results. He also saw a man who is dedicated, and can wield the power of his office the right way, with sincerity, conviction, and leadership.
    Some may prefer to be blind, or allow themselves to be blinded, whether for hope of getting a better position in society, or demagoguery, should know that not only they, but their children, and following generatins will pay for their obtuseness.
    As for the Tea Party, never have I seen or heard such a group of ignorant, willfull, childlike distorters of the truth, and well, liars.
    Here are some things that have been falsely stated about the Democratgs: !) there are xxxx number of elected Democrats who are card-carrying members of the "communist party." 2) The government, and the country in general, are being infiltratred by (radical) Muslims. 3) The return of the No-Trump stupid game of the president's credentials. Personally, I would like to see Trump's credentials as someone who is trying to do something other than attempting to play the role of a robber baron, which somehow seems to appeal to him. Also, a certificate that he is fully human.
    Then there are the latest ads from the Rep superpacs, I hear, which attempt to tie in President Obama with Chavez and Castro! Well, why not Hitler, I wonder?
    A priest, who won't come clean, for president? Come now, are we trying to be the Christian version of countries with religious laws?
