Oil and gas companies are wanting to drill 126 natural gas wells in Grand Teton National Park. The only thing standing in their way is that the park is protected by federal law. If Romney is elected, his energy plan would turn that decision over to the states. Matt Mead, the governor of Wyoming, has already stated that be believes that the drilling rights already belong to the oil companies. So if Romney is elected, this plan just might go forward doing severe damage to one of our national parks.
