So, when Obama is reelected, Isakson plans to exploit a process called “sequestration” to repeal the Affordable Care Act. It would require the Republicans getting a majority in the Senate though. Using sequestration, Isaktson hopes to shut down the act with a simple majority instead of the required 60 votes that it would usually take. I guess if you can't get something done the way it is suppose to be done, then you might as well try and exploit loopholes.
