Artur Davis Speech at RNC

    So what did everyone think of Artur Davis's speech? I guess once you "become" a Republican you have to echo all the talking points and tell all the lies. He even repeated the lie on Obama and the welfare work requirement. I just don't see someone actually thinking the Democratic party is the one that is extreme. It's all about politics. I don't know how anyone right now can switch from the party of common sense and a fairly big tent to the party of inclusion and extremism.

    I don't get it.

    Kosko....ask me how did everybody do with their speeches.  They all sound the same like the drum beat from the jungle.  The beat resonate in consonance....very stressful and annoying at times.  Arthur Davis is a convert and a token.  Still learning the rope of the trade...but he's getting there slowly but surely.  If he think the other side is a greener pasture, he got a rude awakening waiting for him.  And yes, that turkey got the audacity to lie about the Welfare work requirement. He can wallow right along with his new found "friends" in the mud as far as I'm concern.  You can only lead the horse as far as the water line, but if the horse does not want to drink , whip him on the butt and send him packing.  Good riddance for the Democrats, hello Republicans.

    I'm so disgusted with the lying Republican crowd I can't even bring myself to watch their convention.  EVERYTHING they say is either an outright lie or mis-statement and just seeing them and their uniformed lemming followers on TV is repulsive to me!

    I am posting this just to let you all know that as a Dem., I just proved my intelligence.  I knew better than to even tune in to one of those channels that were broadcasting the convention speeches.  I knew what was coming, even from that Alabama cheating party-switcher Arturo, so I saved myself, and will continue to save myself from all those lies about stealing from Medicare to pay for the ACA, not being a U.S. citizen, and being the cause of our deficits.  I will not be listening to anyone's convention speeches in the days ahead either.  

    I will be listening to the upcoming Democratic convention and those speeches, but I am most anxious to see the debates when I know Obama will tear Mitt a new one.

    What I enjoyed was the commentary.  The main speakers on "you didn't build that"  have inherited everything.  The  event was held in a building built with tax dollars.  The most impressive speaker from OH failed to mention the  reason his state is doing better is the auto bailout and govt. help.  No one mentioned when Romney doesn't pay his fair share of taxes and will soon pay 0% on his taxes if the repubs have their way the rest of us have to pick up the slack.  Each of us is paying more in taxes because Romney chooses to park his money out of the country.  We pick up the tab for bridges, convention centers, schools, feeding hungry  children, etc.  What will he cut?  Free school lunches and headstart.  Two of the programs feeding the hungry minds and tummies of our precious children.  Sure he gives his 10% tithe but so do millions of other  people in this country. The money he used to fix the olympics was govt money- he and his rich buddies didn't fix the olympics, we the people did, If you love your country you pay to keep it great.  Mr. Romney is not a great man.  He is a tax dodger.

    I thought his speech was just a bunch of lies.  He was and will be well paid cuz they have him repeating the their lies.  He switched cuz it is and will be in his best interest.  A true dem could not  repeat their lies.  We got the best deal with Crist.
