This election is not about the economy

I hope that someone at CNN looks at these forums and will pass this on to Ms. Crowley.

Ms. Crowley's comments tonight have made me post on this forum for the first time.  She stated that if both candidates had equal polling numbers on the  economy this would be an
    election won by popularity.

In my humble opinion I believe this election is about the Supreme Court.  We are all disgusted by the ads being run by PACs on both sides of the aisle.  It is the Supreme Court which decided that corporations have the same rights as people.  It is the Supreme Court that decided Bush would be our President and it the Supreme Court that decided that a state could seize private property in the name of economic development.

Even if the economy was worse than it is today and even if I did not like either candidate's personality I know I wouldn't  like the decesions of a Romney Supreme Court.

I never thought much of her. She is a second rate reporter and follows the "Don't upset the apple cart" line, never asking the real questions. CNN comes in a poor second to MSNBC in both talent, honesty and real reporting but, of course, they are still better than Fox Not-News.

Unfortunately if Romney were to get in that's what we would be looking at in the Supreme Court, I'm afraid. Look what Bush jr. did to it, not to mention the country !
