Many companies have signs that say no shirt, no shoes, no service. Restaurants and business have the capability to provide their goods and services to anyone they wish.
But my question here, is paypal which has come the best, safest way to give or recieve money going to be able to limit who it does business with? Should it be allowed to... play favorites.
