Jason has done all of us a favor by reminding us that sometimes things that we take for granted can be offensive to some members of our society - which is why you can no longer buy Aunt Jemima pancake syrup or Uncle Ben's rice.

Jacob Chaunsley is never going to be wearing his horned costume ever again. For one thing, he'll be spending somewhere between 41 and 51 months in prison. For another, his costume was confiscated by federal authorities when he retuned to D.C. from his home in Arizona.

Without his costume, he is exposed as the loser that he really is.

    Image result for jacob chaunsley

He's roughly 35 years old, and he still lives with his mother. He was kicked out of the Navy after two years for refusing to take the anthrax vaccine. He does not have a full time job, but makes a little money as a part time actor. He also has self published two books. He also has produced and narrated 22 videos espousing various conspiracy theories on the Rumble platform.

A witch doctor (also spelled witch-doctor) was originally a type of healer who treated ailments believed to be caused by witchcraft. The term is now more commonly used to refer to healers, particularly in regions which use traditional healing rather than contemporary medicine.

Surprisingly, witch doctors are more common than you might think. In some parts of the world, they are called shaman.

Up until recently, Mr. Chaunsley wanted to be called the QAnon shaman, which is why he chose to wear a witch doctor costume to various events.

His mother is not playing with a full deck either.

She wanted him to hold off agreeing to a sentence until Trump got reinstated, at which point she thought that Trump would pardon her son.

I think Chansley was/is probably representing an "Urban Shaman".

Urban shamanism traces its beginnings to efforts by Westerners to come to terms with psychoactive plant experiences using their own modern frames of cultural reference influenced by, but outside of, the indigenous rites in which plant medicine is traditionally based WIKI,,,

Traditional shamanism means being part of a living tribal society, apprenticing in it and learning its ways. To take this approach, you need to be accepted by teachers who are part of that culture. If you’re an outsider, don’t be racist: never use a culture’s spirituality without guidance and accountability, and always support cultural survival and land struggles against colonialism and corporate expansion. Traditional peoples need real respect and practical activism, not more plastic, new age medicine men. LINK

I think these Urban Shamans are people who take too many psychedelics, mushrooms, LSD, Ayahuasca etc. The intent is to induce an altered state. Those who indulge can overdo it and wind up schizophrenics who may or may not recover their sanity. They become unable to discern physicality and the imaginary.

We are getting into areas of superstition, delusion and the paranormal. Mankind has often sought the answers beyond the ken of physical human experience and the invisible world.

Shamans generally use other methods to experience "Alternate Realities". We are talking about the repetition of certain sounds, austerities, prayers, hypnotism and rituals etc.

Hindu mysticism is full of all kinds of methods to get out of the physical consciousness. Some of these are quite bizarre while others are acceptable to the western mind. Meditation involving Simran, the repetition of holy words and placing the focus or the attention on various parts of the body where centers of energy are thought to exist, is common. Meditation has been proven scientifically to provide healthy results.

A classic older book by Herman Hesse "Sidhartha" lightly describes one Hindu seeker of enlightenment journey. Hindu mysticism is somewhat common these days and various yoga systems and gurus are easily found. These groups often become cults where the Guru becomes the prime beneficiary of the group's money and adoration.

Native spirituality has several methods usually passed down from previous generations. Most Traditionalist Native practices are not for public consumption. In native communities, there are divisions between practitioners of colonially induced churches and the traditionalists. The traditional practices usually have many common elements but also details may differ significantly between groups and tribes. I imagine all religious activities have "Dogma", eccentricities and superstition. In my experience Native paths are no different.

An Englishman found our ceremonies a few years back. He demanded access to participate. All natives involved voted on the Englishman's petition. The vote was a resounding NO! English refused to leave and had to be removed, literally screaming and kicking, as he was dragged (civilly) away. This ought to give you an idea of the veracity of Non-Native new age nitwits who claim to be "Shamans", "Medicine People" or "Chiefs."

In Trump World, Jacob Chaunsley is a patriot and hero. Trump has vowed to pardon all those who are convicted of crimes related to 1/6, despite the fact he may never have the authority or power to do so.

These people are destined to become folklore heroes like Davy Crocket at the Alamo. In future Trump Tales that parents in Trump World will tell their children at bedtime, it will be told Trump Patriots protected President Trump by fighting off the onslaught of hordes of ruthless BLM zombies of the apocalypse that were attempting to take over the Capitol and murder Donald Trump because he won the 2020 election. After a very long battle that lasted so long you wouldn't believe, the BLM Zombie horde managed to take The Capital and then forced the US Congress to ratify their illegally elected white puppet, zombie Joe Biden. But the Trump Patriots fought VERY VERY long and VERY VERY hard, giving The GREAT President Trump enough time to escape to Trump HQ at Fort Mar-a-largo in Florida.

That is what really happened! Anything less than that is fake news.

Dutch Wrote: Yes Jason you are right; The "whities" here have no respect for anything except themselves. I'm "white" but "created" from all kind of "races", if I look at my ancestry. But yeah this is America and being an"island", then they have no clue about other cultures in the world and the original inhabitants. Go travel or work in other places in the world, then you get "educated " about that the "white" race is not so superior as they think they are.

Dutch, You OK? haven't seen you for a couple of days.

Race issues are troubled waters. I don't think often about the various European ancestries but I am aware of rivalries between different groups...this group hates that group (even soccer team rivalries that become bloody).

These can or could become complicated issues. Red ants don't like black ants who don't like stripped ants etc.

Being of mixed heritage is a common situation that can make for unique situations. The mixed person may not be socially acceptable or valued by either of his/her bloodlines. It may be neither group can relate to the life experience of the mixed person. I notice the selection for "Other" on some forms requiring racial demographics. While by legal definition I fit in one group, by social experience I'm more of "Other".

Perhaps the upside is ethnically or genetically mixed persons may have immunities and attributes neither bloodline does.

Humans of any derivation can be a mixed bag. I've met intelligent and genuine people of various racial backgrounds. Also physical and emotional pain from those who are racist haters. Race and religion members have demonstrated the hazards or privileges to insiders and outsiders at many junctures in life. It's a difficult game I tire of tolerating but have to navigate. For hateful racists, it's easier and simpler to automatically hate, demonize and demonstrate prejudice to others.

Then there are those who are absolutely clueless who simply operate with disrespect and ignorance bullying their way, pushing and shoving others throughout life and society. Survival at some point does favor the more vicious and ruthless individuals...sorry to say. I'm not a violent person, maybe naive but I will defend myself. Rodger Wilco, over and out.

Yes Jason. I'm still a bit alive and not yet my old self. Also I get a bit fed up with the ridiculous "politics" here. Like Arizona's proza spells it all out. The more I look at this picture of this country, then I get the feeling it is nothing but "CHAOS".

Looks like "kindergarten" not "grown up's. The other problem is the "Covid" which bounds you more or less to the house here in FL, also being outside with temperatures in the 90's, and humidity also over 80% then I started fixing things in the house which gives me little time to be on this site. Also most topics are discussed a million times already.

If I look from an distance at this country, then I think by myself, how in hell did this country got itself in such huge mess.

The answer is simple; due to "money" and who shoves it. It is an very ego-centric country which refuses to accept that they are too arrogant with their "island" mentality, and that they are no longer "number one" in the world, but are stuck in their self created "mess" in which they keep stirring until the bottom falls out. The "quality" of the people who run our government is also getting more terrible by the day and getting worse. But the GOP does not notice such nor an Manchin who is an all time ego-tripper. Also Biden is only pure talk and no action, but goes bravely to "church" that helps for sure. It is now an total "joke"; the wheels are slowly but surely falling of the cart. That is what you get to "copy" the British way of governing and make it even worse, instead of improving it; even their own "royalty" escapes their country! Enjoy an "bucket of "clotted cream" and "wigs" and pray a lot in the direction of Mars, that helps. The British "empire" never got "back", let alone the US "empire"; it has had its best days which don't come back unless drastic things are done. Amen

A man who drove from Colorado to D.C. on Jan. 6 with a pistol, a rifle and 2,500 rounds of ammunition in his truck pleaded guilty Friday to threatening in a text message to shoot House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) in the head.

Cleveland Meredith Jr., 53, originally from Atlanta, planned to arrive in Washington on Jan. 5 to attend rallies supporting then-President Donald Trump’s unfounded claims of election fraud, but car trouble delayed his arrival until rioting at the U.S. Capitol ended the following day, he said in plea papers.

At his Southwest Washington hotel near the National Mall on Jan. 7, he texted a relative: “Thinking about heading over to Pelosi . . . speech and putting a bullet in her noggin on Live TV,” followed by a purple devil emoji, Meredith admitted.

Meredith never got near Pelosi, but when the relative alerted Meredith’s mother and she contacted police, they found him at his hotel, and carrying in his trailer a 9mm Glock 19 pistol, a semiautomatic U.S. variant of an Israeli army standard-issue rifle, 2,500 rounds and 10 large-capacity ammunition feeding devices, he admitted.

    Another Trump deplorable.

Software didn't like some of the info I quoted from the legal source... Had to do-over

Cleveland Meredith Jr...Not a pro obviously, which is a good thing.

Below is a short video showing him. The gun is also the same as he was caught with. Note the high-capacity drum magazine in his bullpup-designed assault rifle. I'd guess a 30-50 round capacity

When he's not busy being a wantobe QAnon revolutionary, he owns a car wash. This guy was just begging to get busted so congrats on succeeding.

He had testosterone and THC candies in his possession when arrested. He acts like a kid playing army in some childlike fantasy. He was probably buzzed up on his weed candies and steroids at some point. Possibly a man with a midlife crisis who was too deluded and/or high to realize his actions would only lead to slammertime. However, his hardware, drug use and crazy QAnon addled brain could have led to serious injury and death, including his own.

His vehicle broke down on the way to the 01-06 insurrection. He was ready for whatever might happen but didn't make the big event.

    Excerpt from court filings below:

... sending text messages to friends and he showed some of them to the Agents. While reviewing the text messages, I observed a text message that was sent on January 6, 2021 in which he wrote, “I’m trying but currently stuck in Cambridge, OH with trailer lights being fixed, crappers.” MEREDITH then sent a photo of his pick up truck and his trailer. MEREDITH’s next text in the conversation was, “Just fixed…headed to DC with a shit ton of 5.56 armor piercing ammo [purple devil emoji].” On January 7, 2021, in a text conversation with the same individual, MEREDITH wrote, “Thinking about heading over to Pelosi speech and putting a bullet in her noggin on Live TV [purple devil emoji].” Later on January 7, 2021, the other participant wrote, “That comment you made about Pelosi, what the fuck are you thinking. Get real nephew.” MEREDITH replied, “Psychological warfare. I’ve been on the radar for a while now, they now I’m harmless.” MEREDITH was utilizing a cellular phone in Washington, DC to send these text messages on January 7, and was texting an individual located outside of Washington, DC.

I observed a separate text message conversation that occurred on January 7, 2021 where MEREDITH wrote, “How much u give me to go trench the Capital lawn with ma big truk?” The other participant wrote, “Don’t do it.” MEREDITH replied, “I’m gonna run that [Cword] Pelosi over while she chews on her gums.” Later in the conversation, MEREDITH wrote, “Dead B Walking. I predict that within 12 days, many in our country will die.” MEREDITH texted a photo of himself wearing a black face covering and then wrote, “I’m gonna walk around DC FKG with people by yelling “Allahu ak Bar” randomly.” Later in the conversation, the other participant wrote, “Cleve, be careful! I’m worried about you.” MEREDITH replied, “Lol, jus havin fun. My Spy name is: DoubleODipshit.” The other participant replied, “That’s funny.” MEREDITH replied, “Locked in my hotel room…high [smiley face with hearts emoji].”

During the consent search of the hotel room, Agents seized a box of suspected THC edibles and a vial of Testosterone Cypionate/Propionate. By consent, agents searched MEREDITH’s trailer, and saw a Glock 19, nine millimeter pistol, a Tavor X95 assault rifle and approximately hundreds of rounds of ammunition. Fencing around the U.S. Capitol will be reinstalled “a day or two” before a rally on Saturday, when demonstrators plan to demand “justice” for those arrested in the Jan. 6 riot.

U.S. Capitol Police Chief J. Thomas Manger confirmed the security measure to reporters Monday after briefing congressional leaders on the “Justice for J6” rally, for which local law enforcement has increased staffing.

“If everything goes well,” Manger said, he expects the fence to be removed “very soon after” the rally.

“I urge anyone who is thinking about causing trouble to stay home. We will enforce the law and not tolerate violence,” he said in a statement about the Capitol Police board’s approval on Monday for the fencing to go back up. The statement referenced “concerning online chatter” but did not describe what that entailed.

In the category of "how dumb can you get?" is this news item:

Former President Donald Trump issued a statement on Thursday that was tweeted out by his spokesperson Liz Harrington to circumvent his social media ban after he incited the deadly Jan. 6 insurrection. The twice-impeached one-term president offered sympathy for those charged for their participation in the Jan. 6 riot. The former president didn’t mention the controversial rally at the Capitol scheduled for Saturday backed by supporters of people arrested in the insurrection. Still, he did mention the rioters charged just two days before the rally for the insurrectionists.

    Here's what Trump said:

“Our hearts and minds are with the people being persecuted so unfairly relating to the January 6th protest concerning the Rigged Presidential Election,” Trump said. “In addition to everything else, it has proven conclusively that we are a two-tiered system of justice. In the end, however, JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL!”

The September 18th "rally" was an "flop" , but yeah the "success" was that again lots of "taxpayer" money was spent, which they neglected to do on January 6th. Something must be wrong in our intelligence "system" ( FBI and CIA), because lately they get everything wrong; for instance killing kids with an drone in Afghanistan and actually not knowing what China and Russia are doing ( they got now "superior" high speed inter-continental missiles and superior fighters right now as well super sub's) I guess during the Trump reign they had the chance to "hide" their progress. I think the "good old" FBI and CIA are not yet back to their old capabilities because of Trump (and Biden has his "agenda" full.)

The White House is leaning toward releasing information to Congress about what Donald Trump and his aides were doing during the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol despite the former president’s objections — a decision that could have significant political and legal ramifications.

Trump has said he will cite “executive privilege” to block information requests from the House select committee investigating the events of that day, banking on a legal theory that has successfully allowed presidents and their aides to avoid or delay congressional scrutiny for decades, including during the Trump administration.

“It’s not really relevant because there’s no president involved — there’s no such thing as a former president’s executive privilege,” said Rep. Jamie B. Raskin (D-Md.), a committee member who teaches constitutional law. “That’s extremely dilute and not really relevant.”

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/trump-executive-privilege-subpoenas/2021/09/23/1c163312-1ba7-11ec-8380-5fbadbc43ef8_story.html

So far, more than 650 people have been charged with crimes in connection with the violent demonstrations that delayed that vote. Many were charged with obstructing a federal procedure and for knowingly entering or remaining in a restricted building. Documents and testimony could show whether White House officials and members of Congress encouraged or supported those actions, congressional staffers said.

Based on what I've read, Trump was watching the riot on television, rather than doing anything to stop it. It was not until later in the evening that Trump told his supporters, "we love you, go home".

We've all heard about the subpoenas that were issued yesterday. Heather's summary of the reasons behind the subpoenas is especially damning:

This evening, the House select committee investigating the January 6 attack on the Capitol issued subpoenas to four key figures in the Trump White House who either were working with or had communications with the White House in the days surrounding the January 6 insurrection: former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, former White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Communications Daniel Scavino, former Defense Department official Kashyap Patel, and former Trump advisor Stephen Bannon.

The committee’s press release on the subpoenas explains that it is responding to reports that Meadows talked to state officials and people at the Department of Justice to try to overturn the 2020 election and that he talked to individuals organizing the January 6 rally.

The committee reports that Scavino, who managed the former president’s social media presence, was with Trump on January 5th to figure out how to convince lawmakers not to certify the election for the president-elect, Democrat Joe Biden. The committee continues: “Prior to the January 6th March for Trump, Mr. Scavino promoted the event on Twitter, encouraging people to ‘be a part of history.’ And records indicate that Mr. Scavino was tweeting messages from the White House on January 6, 2021.”

Kashyap Patel is the interesting name in these subpoenas because he was a Trump loyalist who worked in intelligence and on January 6 was working in the Pentagon. After the election, on November 9, Trump raised eyebrows by installing a new acting secretary of defense, Christopher Miller, and the next day he appointed Patel to be Miller’s chief of staff. There, Patel prevented Pentagon officials from talking to the Biden team during the transition, keeping it from receiving intelligence briefings for the weeks before January 6. Patel talked to senior Pentagon officials prior to and on January 6, 2021, about security at the Capitol, and Patel said he and Meadows talked “nonstop” on the day itself.

Stephen Bannon was a key Trump advisor, urging the former president to stop the count on January 6. On January 5, Bannon met with Trump loyalists at the Willard Hotel in Washington, D.C., where he urged attendees to “kill the Biden presidency in the crib” and later said that “[a]ll Hell is going to break loose tomorrow.”

The committee has demanded the four witnesses produce documents by October 7 and appear for testimony the following week.

A different House committee today subpoenaed documents from a different Trump advisor: the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Crisis requires Dr. Steven Hatfill, an advisor to former White House Office of Trade and Manufacturing Policy director Peter Navarro, to produce documents that he has not provided after the committee requested them in April. The committee has emails and documents indicating that the Trump administration ignored the pandemic in order to concentrate on challenging the election. Hatfill must meet the same October 7 deadline as the other White House officials.

All of these subpoenas focus on Trump’s role in the January 6 insurrection. They are a significant ratcheting up of the investigation.

Trump announced tonight he would fight the subpoenas on the grounds of executive privilege, but that decision is Biden’s, and the White House has said it is not inclined to assert executive privilege over communications involving the insurrection.

University of Chicago, 26% of Americans now believe that “[t]he 2020 election was stolen from Donald Trump and Joe Biden is an illegitimate president,” and 8% believe that “[u]se of force is justified to restore Donald Trump to the presidency.”

Hatfill was also the guy who was pushing Hydroxychloroquine, and he also wanted Dr. Fauci to be fired. Hatfill claimed that he was volunteering 70 hours a week to work on the virus, but it appears that he may have been on the White House payroll for a period of time.

All of this shows that this country lives in la la land and lost its marbles. The circus continues as we speak. The "status" of this country has sunk all the way into the swamp; looks like Nigeria or S.America. The GOP is ready for the "nut house"; what are they smoking? Looking at this picture, then even "Jesus" can't fix it. The "booze" sales and "gun" sales hit the record, so at least something "works". Let's get some more of the Hatfill types and the "pillow guy" into the government. Success assured. Amen
