The dysfunctional buffoon must acknowledge that he wasn't chosen. He's the Loser. He has no place.

Concerned that President Trump’s refusal to accept the election results is hurting the country, more than 100 chief executives plan to ask the administration on Monday to immediately acknowledge Joseph R. Biden Jr. as the winner and begin the transition to a new administration.

In a letter they plan to send Monday, business leaders will demand that Emily W. Murphy, head of the General Services Administration, issue a letter of ascertainment affirming that Mr. Biden and Vice President-elect Kamala Harris have won the election. Ms. Murphy has so far resisted calls to begin the normal transition planning, which includes providing resources and money to an incoming administration as it prepares to take control.

The Friday evening executive call, which included a group of about a dozen business leaders, was preceded by a meeting of Democratic state attorneys general that took place on Thursday evening, in which participants discussed what they could do to ensure an orderly transition. In the wake of that, New York’s attorney general, Letitia James, was asked to approach business leaders in her jurisdiction about the possibility of pushing the stalled transition into motion.

Among the topics that came up on the call, according to participants, was the idea of withholding support from Senators Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue, both Republicans, who are running for re-election in Georgia, until the presidential transition is underway.

The problem as I've said so many times is the structure of governing here. What is missing is the real "oversight" on Presidents and "departments". The weak thing is, right now that the "oversight" leaders can be "bought" or changed into "loyal" people.

If you would have an solid oversight unit which can't be "bought" or "manipulated", then things may work, provided they get also the power (via Congress) to "fire" Presidents. Right now no one has that right. So an President has himself the "power" to "refuse to comply and nothing can be done because there is nothing "above" him to set him straight or fire him.

Again something to fix in the Constitution.

Here is letter to Joe Biden was crafted to be legally hair splitting. No where in the letter does she refer to Joe Biden as "president elect". Thus in a court of law it theoretically could be still argued that there is no direct concession that Joe Biden won.

I suspect that she was informed she was about to named in legal documents to be filed in court as some type of co-conspirator for "Obstruction" and\or failing to do her job as required by law. And if she continued, there was a good chance she would be another Trump "Fall Guy" much like Michael Cohen and would end up in jail with Trump pointing his finger at her as a lone wolf that acted on her own. [Here is a fictional, but likely Trump statement] Trump: "Never met her, never spoke to her on the phone. I heard she worked for me somewhere doing something. But just look at her, does she look like someone I would want to talk to? I don't think so. If I did, I probably would have fired her"
