It's unlikely that ANY president could accomplish more in his first 100 days of office than FDR did , but Joe Biden CAN do quite a few things in that time period to get this country going in the right direction again.

    1) His first priority, of course, is to get us back into the WHO. The next step (which is closely related) is to aggressively attack the cornonavirus so that the number of new cases goes down to less than 1000 per day, which is precisely where Spain, the UK, Italy, Germany and France are at today. In case you are wondering, we had 29,000 new cases YESTERDAY.

    https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/

    2) To set the proper tone about accountability, he should award the Presidential Medal of Freedom to both Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman (who just retired from the Army) and Marie Yovanovich (who retired in January).

    3) Replace the current cabinet with people who are actually QUALIFIED for their positions (which is not the case now)

    4) Have a panel of experts review all 165 executive orders that Trump has issued so far, and reverse ALL of them that harm the environment or immigration.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_executive_actions_by_Donald_Trump

    5) Meet with the members of the G7 as soon as practicable to reaffirm the fact that they ARE our allies

In my opinion, it will take at LEAST 4 years to reverse the damage Trump has done, but here is a partial list that Biden should concentrate on going forward:

Get us back into the Paris Agreement, the TPP, and the Iran treaty.

Reverse, or substantially reform, the 2017 tax bill in order to make it more equitable.

Fully implement the economic plan that he is revealing today:

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2020/07/09/joe-biden-flips-script-trump/

Reduce, or eliminate, as many tariffs as possible, and put pressure on other countries to do the same

Appoint 4 Democrats to the Postal Service governing board, fire the current Postmaster General, and replace him with someone who has actually worked for the Post Office

Bomb Russia (just kidding) but at least punish Putin for his many misdeeds, including the payment of bounties on our service members in Afghanistan

Fire Bill Barr, and replace him with someone who is qualified for the position

You can probably think of some other priorities, but the list above should be a good starting point.

Before any of that can take place, there will be 3 debates between Trump and Biden. Since the Supreme Court just ruled that Trump's financial records cannon be released to Congress, but CAN be released to the New York prosecutors, this is what Biden needs to say during one of the debates:

"Mr. President, release your tax returns or shut up,"

This is Biden's quote from 2019 , and he released another video this morning about the same topic:

    "As I was saying."

Biden, of course, has released 21 years of his tax returns.

Biden quoted the 2019 video this morning, writing, "As I was saying."

Your list is not long enough; what about revamping the FBI and CIA to research the murders of Epstein by getting the "loyalists" out of the government and FBI/CIA and research as well the possible murder of Khasoki and the Deutsche bank executive. Also just in case Chislaine Maxwell is murdered research that. At present Trump and Barr already said they are afraid she will commit suicide, which actually means they are planning to murder her as well. The dumb Democrats are sound asleep!! Also all the "dirt" of Trump tax returns and foreign "dealing/loans" as well the Deutsche bank corruption should see the daylight.

And lots more, both Trump and Barr should be jailed for "murder"

Let alone to make sure that the "word" LOYAL should be scrapped totally for anyone working in the government.

Also rewrite the Constitution related to : 1) mandatory tax returns 2) the selection process for elections WITHOUT "money". For any job in the government prove the "qualifications" and "mental" solidity for the job as well the proper "education" to do the job.

I could add plenty of other things, but I guess this country is not "ripe" for that.

I just saw on TV, that Biden is promoting to tax the rich as well corporations like Amazon. Wow. I question if that is an smart move in the light that the "rich" are very happy with Trump's "tax cut" and "goody's" they received from Mnuchin and PPP handouts. If I would have been Biden I would have waited with these things until he's in the saddle, but yeah we'll see if he wins at all. Don't forget Trump parked all his buddy's all over the country to screw up the coming election; so nothing is sure about who is going to be the winner in the end. How come the Democrats always find ways to screw themselves up?

If I was him I would instead promote "infrastructure and healthcare" as priorities and not "taxes"

When Obama took office he focused on going forward and was not interested in litigating the past misdeeds of the Bush administration. Perhaps that was a mistake. I do believe, however, that all of Trump's crimes need to be fully investigated, and in particular why he has such a bromance with Putin. I think he is guilty of treason, and the only way Trumpism can die beyond his tenure as president is to fully expose all his misdeeds and put the SOB in an orange jump suit for all his cult like followers to see.

Schmidt, I always thought that an President is not allowed by law, to have a "foreign" loan/debt or private financial dealings.

If that is the case then why is he allowed to fool around with Deutsche Bank, as well as other foreign banks and Russian Banks. Also receives " kickbacks" from any foreign weapons deals , like Saudi Arabia.

I'm so surprised that he's not in jail for such; it shows that our "system" and "laws" are "garbage'!!!

I think when Joe takes over, he'll be able to reverse most of what trump has fucked up in about 2-3 weeks time. One thing on his agenda should be restoring and improving Obamacare, so many people have lost their healthcare due to this pandemic and being unemployed and underemployed.

Dock forget it! How are you going to fix all of this in 3 weeks; while this mess is going on since WWII . The total system as set up by our forefathers on an British awful system does not work as has been proven over and over again. It never came up into the "antique brains" who designed this in end 1700, that you can ask for "loyalty" and get it. So even if you design "oversight" in the system, then such is out of the "door" in no time as has been proven by the Trump "cult". Even Barr has become Trump's lawyer and is no longer the "independent" person as it should be according to the Constitution. Also the Constitution forgot to mention how to do the oversight and that the Congress indeed can actually investigate the Presidents as well Barr's wheeling and dealing without obstructions. So there are lots things to fix to to make things work as it should. Also an "two" party system is bound to fail once the "gap" in partisan thinking becomes to large. The same applies between the "rich" and "poor". So in the present situation, Humpty Dumpty is broken and no "glue" alone can fix it.

The "polarization" is the nose around this country's neck; it gets farther and farther apart, while there is nothing in the"middle" to "mediate" and bring both parties together. The Trump "cult' will stay around for a while drinking Glorox.

So the"future" of this country will stay bleak for a long time to come, because the "left" has not shown that they are "fighters" with an "cause". Lots of "words" , but no "action"

Who is the one who takes these things of?

Biden just announced his transition team, and it is a very formidable list.

Included in the list is mayor Pete, Sally Yates, and Susan Rice.

    https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-election-transition-idUSKBN25W0VJ

Trump's transition team, in contrast, was an early indication of the chaos that would happen during his term in office:

" On November 11, Trump telephoned transition head Chris Christie and told him his involvement with the Bridgegate scandal was a political liability and his performance heading the transition unsatisfactory (Trump, later, also expressed private frustration at Christie's retention of lobbyists in key transition posts). At the end of the call, Trump fired Christie from his position as transition chair. Over the next twenty-four hours, and with little warning, Christie loyalists were quickly removed from the transition team in what was characterized by NBC News as a "Stalinesque purge". Transition executive Richard Bagger, for instance, found himself suddenly locked-out of the transition team's offices. Bill Palatucci, Mike Rogers, and others, were also among those removed.

Immediately after the reshuffle, Mike Pence was elevated to transition chair by Trump. Under Christie, many of the members of the transition team were registered lobbyists who had worked on issues overseen by the agencies they were charged with staffing or affected by policies they were preparing. However, by November 16, Pence had introduced new restrictions that Politico described as "in some ways far more rigid than President Barack Obama's groundbreaking lobbyist ban". Under the new rules, while incoming administration officials who are currently registered lobbyists would be allowed, they would have to sign documents forfeiting their ability to re-register as lobbyists for five years after departing government.[a] In addition, Pence ordered that all lobbyists be removed from the transition team, with Politico reporting two days later that staff members who were registered lobbyists had begun to resign."

I've read in several sources that the transition from Trump to Biden will be "rocky".

An article in The Atlantic givers more details, and I'm afraid that they are more accurate than we like to think, simply due to the fact that at least some Trump supporters are really crazy people:

As long as nothing is being done about the "loophole filled laws" here it will continue the same as under Trump.

If they refuse to start at "A" and only mess with so called "fixes" which don't change or improve the laws here; then we get as soon as Biden has quit or has an heart attack etc. absolutely again an type as Trump. Texas has now already more votes for Trump than ever. So the first Biden should do is: Change the election "system" so only "votes" count without billions of money to do elections. Second approve laws about the "limits " of Presidents and improve the subpoena powers of the Congress and inject "proper "jail penalties" if not complied with. Make sure by law that all Presidents in the future are properly screened and qualified as well provide (not-tinkered with) tax returns of at least 10 years. Also "loyalty" should never been asked, if so it should have also "penalties and jail time. The "hatch act" and"emolument clause" should be modified and become "law". There are many more issues to be resolved but lets start with the one's I mentioned.

    Dock:

These are great. I really miss a president who has a sense of humor.

I predict that Joe Biden will start attending the White House Correspondent's dinners.

Trump did not attend ANY as president.

In the last few days, the MSM is giving us a glimpse of what Joe should expect from the GOP when he's in the white house, I have to call it obstruction on a grand scale.
