Confirmation: This Man is not Normal

Before you take a teaspoon of bleach or ask your doctor for a 5cc shot of Lysol, take a moment. I understand for his supporters that waiting on your signed check from Donald J. Trump, makes you feel as special as Stormy Daniels; however, staring into the sun, or spending hours under a UV lamp will not cure you of the coronavirus. Well, now that I have stepped on the toes of every comic from Stephen Colbert to Tiffany Haddish, I apologize. This is the result of the incessant need of the media to broadcast absurdity for ratings to a sane nation. Lost on America’s citizenry is the real story of institutional incompetence practiced by the administration and the slow dissolution of the experts as they fall one by one.

As a matter of fact the people here are not "normal" either by electing this total idiot. The guy never worked a day in his life and never even visited an store by stating you needed an "passport" to do your shopping. Also as an spoiled brat who only lived on Pappy's money and loved casino's and pussy grabbing and playing with under age girls at Epstein's place and went bankrupt several times, it looks like the super candidate for this country, so they did vote for him and still have the blinders on ask FOX News.

I guess the history books will have an hay day, once all the dirt of this guy including his murders float to the surface.

Let's hope and let the evangelicals pray; that he's going to be out in November. But yeah I fear the worst can happen because this country is getting more weird by the day. Looking at the virus thing, this is the only country which is in chaos about it, while other countries are getting it under control. They are barely doing testing here and keep discussing it, instead of taking action. This must be the most chaotic country in the world besides Venezuela; there is no discipline here or an sound leadership even the Navy is affected by Trump firing the wrong people.

Indeed nothing is normal here anymore; while everywhere else they have an "plan" which they follow.

Time will tell as well the elections; the elections will determine if we will get what we deserve, So don't complain if the Lysol drinker wins again.

I've reference Heather Cox Richardson's newsletters a number of times.

The one she she sent last night was lengthy (as usual), but it contains an encouraging message, since she talks about her mom, who came into the world just before the Harding administration (which was nearly as corrupt as Trump's administration) came into power.

It also contained a few paragraphs that provide proof that Trump is simply bat shit crazy:

"Mother was a smart, sensible, highly principled woman who cared deeply about American democracy, and I was glad she was not here to watch today as Trump’s frustration at the drumbeat of condemnation for his botched response to the pandemic and at his cancelled coronavirus briefings boiled over on Twitter.

He began his tweets with a tribute to his wife, Melania, who turned 50 today. Two hours later, he began a grievance campaign. He wrote “The people that know me and know the history of our Country say that I am the hardest working President in history. I don’t know about that, but I am a hard worker and have probably gotten more done in the first 3 ½ years than any President in history. The Fake News hates it!” And then, “I work from early in the morning until late at night, haven’t left the White House in many months (except to launch Hospital Ship Comfort) in order to take care of Trade Deals, Military Rebuilding etc. and then a read a phony story in the failing [New York Times] about my work schedule and eating habits, written by a third rate reporter who knows nothing about me. I will often be in the Oval Office late into the night & read and see that I am angrily eating a hamberger [sic; he later corrected the spelling] & Diet Coke in my bedroom. People with me are always stunned. Anything to demean.”

He went on to complain about Fake News, the Russia investigation, the awarding of “Noble” prizes (he meant Pulitzers, not Nobel Prizes) to hostile journalists, the “Do Nothing Democrats,” and to retweet a heavily doctored and offensive gif of former Vice President Joe Biden, his chief rival for the presidency in the 2020 election.

Many of these tweets disappeared as the day wore on.

The whole Trump family is not "normal" read the following it makes you puke:

Virus Whistle-Blower Says Trump Administration Steered Contracts to Cronies

WASHINGTON — A federal scientist who says he was ousted from his job amid a dispute over an unproven coronavirus treatment pushed by President Trump said Tuesday that top administration officials repeatedly pressured him to steer millions of dollars in contracts to the clients of a well-connected consultant.

© ASSOCIATED PRESS In this image provided by Public Health Emergency, a department of Health and Human Services, Rick Bright is shown in his official photo from April 27, 2017, in Washington. Bright filed a complaint May 5, 2020, with the Office of Special Counsel, a government agency responsible for whistleblower complaints. He’s the former director of the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority. Bright alleges he was removed from his job and reassigned to a lesser role because he resisted political pressure to allow widespread use of hydroxychloroquine, a malaria drug favored by President Donald Trump. Rick Bright, who was director of the Department of Health and Human Services’ Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority until his removal in April, said in a formal whistle-blower complaint that he had been protesting “cronyism” and contract abuse since 2017.

Questionable contracts have gone to “companies with political connections to the administration,” the complaint said, including a drug company tied to a friend of Jared Kushner’s, President Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser. It said Dr. Bright was retaliated against by his superiors.

The 89-page complaint, filed with the Office of Special Counsel, which protects federal whistle-blowers, also said Dr. Bright “encountered opposition” from department superiors — including Health and Human Services Secretary Alex M. Azar II — when he pushed as early as January for the necessary resources to develop drugs and vaccines to counter the emerging coronavirus pandemic.

The report provides a window into the inner workings of BARDA, a tiny agency created in 2006 as a response to the Sept. 11 attacks. It partners with industry in developing “medical countermeasures” that can be stockpiled by the federal government to combat biological or chemical attacks and pandemic threats.

BARDA has spent billions of dollars on contracts with dozens of different suppliers, including major pharmaceutical companies and smaller biotechnology firms.

Both allies and Dr. Bright say his nearly four-year tenure as the head of BARDA was marked by clashes with his superiors — especially Dr. Robert Kadlec, the assistant secretary of health for preparedness and response — and tension with some industry executives. Dr. Bright conceded in the complaint that those clashes came to a head after he leaked information on the dispute over the malaria drug hydroxychloroquine to a reporter from Reuters.

His lawyer, Debra Katz, said Dr. Bright felt a “moral obligation” to get the word out that the administration was pressing to stockpile an unproven and potentially dangerous coronavirus treatment, which was supplied by drugmakers in India and Pakistan and had not been certified by the Food and Drug Administration.

The complaint says top Department of Health and Human Services officials, including Dr. Kadlec, who oversees the strategic national stockpile, overruled scientific experts while awarding contracts to firms represented by the consultant, John Clerici. Mr. Clerici, a founder of a Washington-based firm, Tiber Creek Partners, was instrumental, along with Dr. Kadlec, in writing the legislation that created BARDA.

The heading was: "Trump is not "normal". Yes that is true.

He attacked Obama again and said: "Obama committed the largest political crime in the history of this country" He calls this now Obama-gate. ( All of this is translated from the Dutch News) Thus in Europe they are hopefully aware what an asshole Trump is.

Furthermore he spit his anger over the Pulitzer Price, which he found that is was awarded to "fake" journalists and should have been awarded to (his) buddies at Fox News and his own lying clan.

I guess overseas they are getting the "picture" about Trump and his cronies.

Since this idiot is running out of steam with the virus thing, he's now attacking Obama and China. In Europe they are mad at that he's now stopping of export of "chips" which Hauwei is using in China an Europe. He's now initiated Obama Gate and an China Gate.

I guess China is now at an point, as the Dutch news indicates, that China is contemplating to stop any negotiation and will drop the Phase One agreement, as they are way too busy to get things going after the "virus" thing. Also it was stated that they will concentrate on Europe , Africa, Russia and Asia, but let the US just "float"on their own and shun any contact.

Yes, Trump is digging an huge grave for himself and the country. If we have to wait until November it may be too late to take action and he will certainly corrupt the election. Wake up America!

“When you test, you have a case. When you test, you find something is wrong with people. If we didn’t do any testing, we would have very few cases." -- Donald Trump

Trump gets it...that is how to make his stats look better. As Trump said in January 2018:

I went from VERY successful businessman, to top T.V. Star....to President of the United States (on my first try). I think that would qualify as not smart, but genius....and a very stable genius at that!

So there. Half the population gets it. The rest of us don't. Crying

Is Donald Trump the evil twin of Forrest Gump? Think about it, what would an evil version of Forrest Gump do and say?

Does he have any clue what he is saying, or does he know exactly what he is saying? It almost comes across as great poetry with evil intent. The words suggest a moron is speaking, but the meaning suggests a master strategy for keeping the public ignorant by preventing them from understanding the facts about COVID-19. Poor levels of testing, means the public has inadequate info to make good decisions about their lives. At some point without good information, everyone has to start taking highly uniformed risks. Trump thrives at keeping as many people as possible in constant state of uncertainty.

    Donald Gump!

He fired the head of the State Dept. today; Pompeo (the dumb ass) did not like him. So who's next? The turnover in Trump's "swamp" is an record which no other President ever reached. The "la la land" continues; even an new flag was shown for the "SpaceForce" which is launching an "secret" package in space. Trump is acting like an little kid and calls it "super duper secret" . What an laughable country has this become. Question: is there still money to spent for these "luxuries" in this "broke" country??

Just a small correction, Dutch. The inspector general of the state department was fired. Unfortunately Pompeo was not.

Yes :Lonely, I did not know the "title" of this guy. However to add to the "shit" Trump got (read "stole/claimed") $970,000 for rentals for his properties (to whom?) from the taxpayers money. I guess indeed some "oversight' is not allowed by Trump.

The inspector general was fired BECAUSE he started an investigation into Pompeo. Naturally, the poor guy was fired after the news ended on a Friday night. I've honestly lost track of how many "Friday night massacres" we've had under Trump.
