Trump is gone "nuts". He thinks he's the "chosen one" ( from the "bible") He also thinks he's the "king" of Israel. Wow. Ready for the "loony" house!

I guess he never read the Constitution.

An Presidents task is to be the "leader" over the WHOLE country, which includes all kinds of "races" and "religions".

Which means that an President should never be selective in "race" or "religion"; everyone should be treated the same within the rules of the Constitution. Also which Obama did, there should be an total separation between "church" and "State". Which means running an country should not involve religion in anything. Neither should "churches" be involved in "governing" or "meddling" and get involved in "elections".

Right now all these rules are broken by the "idiot". If we want an "civil" war again, just keep going on Trumps track.

Sorry, but this guy was never suited to be President; you may as well throw the Constitution in the garbage. Even Epstein probably did have more brains !

People must be wondering wtf is he smoking or what drugs he is using, or, is he going off his rocker, due to his age. I think he is of the latter.

    Signs of old age:

Symptoms of old age may be similar to many other treatable conditions. Some symptoms to be wary of are reduced appetite, reduced mental functioning, incontinence, falls, dizziness, pain and reduced functional ability (eg getting dressed or climbing stairs). Drug toxicity is a common cause of correctable symptoms that may be attributed to aging.

    Dock:

He actually IS more than a little nuts.

Last November, I read, "The dangerous case of Donald Trump". The author is Bandy Lee. It's a compilation of opinions by 27 mental health experts. All of them conclude that Trump is dangerously ill.

Jennifer Rubin, Washington Post, August 22, 2019: Trump’s unhinged display should frighten everyone

Jennifer Rubin has an excellent opinion article in the Washington Post. You should read the full article but I'll extract just one paragraph:

"This is nuts. I don’t mean, nuts like, “Allowing the deficit to expand to a trillion dollars is nuts,” or "pretending personal diplomacy with Kim Jong Un works is nuts.” I mean, in the non-medical sense, he is erratic, narcissistic, unhinged, unable to control his anger, illogical and forgetful. (Remember the rally in New Hampshire at which he appeared to repeat a portion of the speech he gave at the beginning.) He has lost the ability to differentiate himself from the country and his own psychological needs from the country’s interests. To oppose him is to be an “enemy of the people.”"

I agree with Ms Rubin. She has also called for a thorough psychological examination of Trump by a panel of expert psychiatrists. If he disagrees she said he should resign.

    I agree.

    Schmidt:

I agree that Trump is more than a little unhinged in the video that you posted.

You may have read the article below, which popped up on the Daily Kos:

    https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2019/8/22/1880725/-Trump-flips-out-on-NBC-reporter-for-pointing-out-his-stupidity?detail=emaildkre

Embedded in this story is the early part of the video that you posted. The only conclusion that you can come to after watching it is that they guy is undeniably nuts.

One again, thoughts of the 25th amendment come to mind. Here are a few key points:

    Section 3.

Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President.

    Section 4.

Whenever the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

Thereafter, when the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that no inability exists, he shall resume the powers and duties of his office unless the Vice President and a majority of either the principal officers of the executive department or of such other body as Congress may by law provide, transmit within four days to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office. Thereupon Congress shall decide the issue, assembling within forty-eight hours for that purpose if not in session. If the Congress, within twenty-one days after receipt of the latter written declaration, or, if Congress is not in session, within twenty-one days after Congress is required to assemble, determines by two-thirds vote of both Houses that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall continue to discharge the same as Acting President; otherwise, the President shall resume the powers and duties of his office.

Since trump thinks he is chosen by God, Section 3 will NEVER happen, but Section 4 could. I've highlighted the key points in the paragraph above.

Since the requirements of the 25th are even more stringent than the requirements are even more stringent that requirements for impeachment, it is not likely to be invoked even though there is already clear evidence that it should be required. If John McCain were vice president instead of Milquetoast Mike, it could happen, but it won't if Pence is v.p.

Sadly, even after Nadler finishes his impeachment inquiry, impeachment won't happen as long as Moscow Mitch is still in charge of the Senate.

Our only hope is that the Democratic candidate, whoever that turns out to be, absolutely demolishes him in the 2020 election.
