I mentioned before that the "son" of an Supreme Court member (forgot the name) works (did work?) for Deutsche Bank; this guy so called "retired" and Kavanaugh came in his place as orchestrated by Trump/McConnell. Furthermore lately on TV issues of "money laundering" of Trump and Kussner pop up. The Dem's subpoenaed Deutsche Bank; Trump sued them in return in order not to disclose anything.

What I find kind of strange, since this shows ties with the Russians, that Mueller as his task did not dig all of this out. Why is this not in the report? (or is it "blacked out?)

My feeling is that Trump is helping (arranging etc.) to "bankrupt" this Bank; the stock prices of this Bank are "tanking" every day (now about $6-7 per share left) Also this Bank did get enormous penalties from the EU. So things don't look good at all. (Once this Bank goes bankrupt, then Trump/Kussner can get rid of all his "loans" and "corpses")

What surprises me, is that the Dem's don't wake up and get the EU involved to dig up all this dirt, instead of always using "subpoena's" as an useless tool. I think there are plenty of "skeletons" in the closets of Deutsche Bank which could be sufficient to oust Trump.

    Dutch:

The judge who retired was Anthony Kennedy. When he retired in July of 2018, he was replaced on the Supreme Court by his former law clerk, Brett Kavanagh. Kennedy was considered a "swing vote" on the Supreme Court, but many of his important votes were on the liberal side - Kennedy wrote in part the majority opinions in Planned Parenthood v. Casey. He is also known for his majority opinions in four gay rights cases: Romer v. Evans, Lawrence v. Texas, United States v. Windsor, and Obergefell v. Hodges.

However, he also went with the majority on the Citizens United case, which opened up a can of worms on campaign financing.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anthony_Kennedy

Kennedy's son Justin worked for a while at Goldman Sachs, and then moved on to Deutsche Bank, where he worked from 1997 to 2009. He ultimately became head of its real estate capital markets. In that position, he worked closely with Trump when he was a real estate developer.

Trump "schmoozed" Kennedy into retirement by assuring him that his legacy would be protected. As a result, Trump ultimately nominated TWO of his former law clerks to the Supreme Court, and Neil Gorsuch and Brett Kavanagh both got confirmed. Some of his former law clerks ultimately wound up on lower court positions as well.

With the help of Mitch McConnell, Trump appointed four times as many federal appeals judges as Obama in his first year in office.

In terms of assets, Deutsch Bank is the 15th largest bank in the world. In New York, the bank had installed computer programs that could automatically detect suspected money laundering. Before AND AFTER Trump president, the bank detected suspicious activity involving both him and Jared Kushner. When activity is detected, it is referred to human eyes, who further analyze if to determine if it should be added to an SAR (suspicious activity report), at which point it is referred to the Treasury Department. The Trump administration forced the bank to bury the suspicious activity, and it never got reported to the Treasury Department.

THAT is one of the reasons that Trump is so nervous about having his financial data subpoenaed.

Arizona, thanks again for your research; however can you tell us if the Mueller report did any research on Deutsche Bank and the Trump connection? (since you read the report, you will know). I think all of this has an bad "smell".

You also mention Goldman Sachs; Mnuchin came from that company as well, so connect the "dots" I guess

If you are wondering where all the conservative judges are coming from, the Washington Post this morning had the answer, and his name is Leonard Leo.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leonard_Leo

As an unofficial adviser to Trump, he has helped nonprofits raise $250 million from undisclosed sources to promote conservative judges and causes.

He currently serves as executive vice president of The Federalist Society.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federalist_Society

The Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies, most frequently called the Federalist Society, is an organization of conservatives and libertarians seeking reform of the current legal system of the United States in accordance with a textualist or originalist interpretation of the U.S. Constitution. Founded in 1982, it is one of the nation's most influential legal organizations.

In January 2019, The Washington Post Magazine wrote that the Federalist Society had reached an "unprecedented peak of power and influence." Of the nine members of the Supreme Court of the United States, five (Brett Kavanaugh, Neil Gorsuch, Clarence Thomas, John Roberts, and Samuel Alito) are current or former members of the organization. Politico Magazine wrote that the Federalist Society "has become one of the most influential legal organizations in history—not only shaping law students' thinking but changing American society itself by deliberately, diligently shifting the country's judiciary to the right."

There are 1092 notes at the end of the book, and none of them mention Deutsch Bank. However, there IS a mention of a Russian state-owned bank, and a reference to Paul Manfort being found guilty of violations of the Foreign Bank Registration stature, as well as bank fraud. In addition to his sentence of 47 months in prison, Manafort had to pay a $50,000 find AND $24 million in restitution, which basically paid for the Mueller investigation.

Manafort also forfeited $46 million in real estate.

Then it is clear to me that he did not do his work; right now he also refuses to show up in Congress. What has he to hide? Or does he wants to protect Trump and Barr? ; I've got the feeling someone threatened him and his family; also don't forget he is still an Republican with another "agenda". If I would write an "report" then I either stand behind it or thrash it.

The future will tell I hope, but the Dem's have an "backs to the wall" problem because of him. I absolutely don't understand Muellers motives.

Yeah, there is an extreme left conspiracy theory that Mueller has been working for Trump the entire time, having secret meetings with Trump late night at the White House, sneaking in through an ultra secret tunnel that is 3 miles long, and 10,ooo ft undground. If the conspiracy is to believed, Trump personally wrote most of the Mueller report himself.

Sounds good; Disney Land for sure; no I think little green men from Mars did it; because Trump also came from Mars (ask the "evangelicals"). He built an Trump Tower there and an casino as well an golf course where he left his "balls" behind; if you grab your binoculars then can see it with an full moon.:-P
