Trump said this morning that Mueller had his tax returns and financial data. Wow, Where is it in the "report"? Is it "blacked"out or totally taken out by Barr? What is the "game"? Wake up Democrats do something!!!!!

Yes, in the past there were rumors that Mueller did have the "tax returns"

If the Dem's don't research this, then they are totally stupid for sure.

Trump has now "upped the ante".

The New York Times reported this morning that Trump has vowed to fight ALL subpoenas, not just the ones related to his taxes. As a matter of law, Mr. Trump’s declared tactic of fighting every subpoena faces steep obstacles, legal experts said. The House can vote to hold in contempt officials who refuse to show up in response to subpoenas and ask judges for orders requiring compliance with them.

But ultimately, prevailing in court may not be the goal. By essentially forcing Democrats to keep filing lawsuits to try to enforce their subpoenas, Mr. Trump will be fighting what he can portray as “presidential harassment” and to stall the inquiries themselves. By claiming "presidential harassment", he is simply throwing more red meat to his rabid fan base, who (fortunately) do not constitute any where near a majority of the American public.

At this point, subpoenas are the only tools the Democrats have, since even Hillary Clinton has said that impeachment may not be the best option at this point:

There is a very strong correlation between Nixon's sins and Trump's.

In July of 1974, the House Judiciary approved three articles of impeachment against Nixon, for obstruction of justice, abuse of power, and contempt of Congress, and reported those articles to the House of Representatives. Two other articles of impeachment were debated but not approved. Nixon resigned 10 days after the third article of impeachment was issued.

One of the issues related to the articles was Nixon's refusal to comply with subpoenas (in Nixon's case, it was his refusal to turn over the full (unredacted) transcripts of the White House tapes.

Trump is guilty of all three items that Nixon got nailed for, but here's the difference:

In 1974, Democrats controlled both the House and the Senate.

Today, the Democrats only control the House of Representatives, and Mitch McConnell (Mr. grim reaper) controls the Senate.

In other words forget it (he'll never resign) so everything will be deadlocked until the elections. Yes this is world's number one country in stupidity. Putin and Kim will be proud of their achievements. The only "open" question I have is : Does Mueller have these "tax returns" (as Trump said) Yes or No? If he published it in the "report" at all, or kept it hidden or ,Trump again spewed B.S.? Who is going to "research" this? Or are the Dem's sound asleep?

    Sorry, Donnie:

A District Court judge in D.C. just ruled that Trump cannot block a subpoena to his former accounting firm, Mazars.

    Now the fun begins.

Sure, but how long will it take to actually get these and research these. I bet this info will be very difficult to decipher, because of all his international ties. Especially his "loans' and "money transfers" as well "money laundering"

Thus I would not cheer too soon, since also with Deutsche bank it is an total mess what Trump and Kussner did there.

If you've got them by the balls, their hearts and minds will follow.

This phrase has been attributed to Teddy Roosevelt, Douglas MacArthur, and John Wayne, but that is actually irrelevant.

What IS important is that it applies to Donald Trump.

We've all heard rumors of the "pee pee" tapes, but those are also irrelevant.

We've all wondered what EXACTLY does Putin have on Trump, and now we now.

A few days ago, Deutsch Bank release some information related to Trump's tax returns.

“The source close to Deutsche Bank says that the Trump tax returns reveal that the president pays little to no income tax in some years,” O’Donnell reported. “And the source says that Deutsche Bank is in possession of loan documents that show Donald Trump has obtained loans with co-signers and that he would not have been able to obtain those loans without co-signers.”

“The source close to Deutsche Bank says that the co-signers of Donald Trump’s Deutsche Bank loans are Russian billionaires close to Vladimir Putin,” , according to MSNBC host Lawrence O’Donnell.

“If true, that would explain every kind word Donald Trump has ever said about Russia and Vladimir Putin,” he explained. “If true, that would be a significant factor in Vladimir Putin’s publicly stated preference for presidential candidate Donald Trump over presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.”

    https://www.rawstory.com/2019/08/deutsche-bank-has-trumps-taxes-and-loan-application-cosigned-by-russian-oligarch-report/

If you've got a good memory, you may remember that Eric Trump bragged in 2017 that they had all the money they needed from Russia. A Reuters investigation in March of 2017 also found that more than 60 people with Russian ties had invested almost $100 million in seven Trump properties in southern Florida. One of those properties is likely to be the Doral golf course in Miami, where Trump would like to host the next G7 meeting.

You can't make this stuff up.

Lawrence O'Donnell said he made an error in judgment in putting out the story about the Russian oligarchs cosigning Trump's loans before getting it properly vetted by MSNBC's sources. He will elaborate on tonight's show.

Yes I saw that; however Barr likely is very busy stopping that news; somehow the way Lawrence said it gives me the feeling that indeed MSNBC was threatened.

My understanding via the Dutch Zembla report is that "loans" via Deutsche Bank came actually from Russia and the "laundering" took place via Deutsche Bank. That explains the Russian "signatures"

I guess this country is too dumb to understand that; Barr will make sure this won't see "daylight" and is shoved under the carpet.
