Received this book via the internet from Spain early yesterday morning. Very interesting; it really shows how dumb Trump is. He asked Cohn to "print" more dollars to reduce the debt. Wow, Hitler did the same; it did not work!

During various interviews Woodward has commented that people in the WH that spoke to him on deep background for the book have publicly denied what they have spoke to Woodward. Of course Woodward won't name anybody, just suggesting that pretty much everybody at the WH is protecting their jobs at this point... They FEAR trump's impulse reactions, which could killed their carreers if not put them through a legal meat grinder for several years before they can even attempt to reboot their careers.

Trump has very dangerous powers as president and he can ruin people. Some people in government might take a risk to publicly expose trump if they were single, but with trump's damage is likely to extend to the personal lives of people, out at risk spouse, children, and friends. Would you want the president of US going on a rampage that is likely to bring serious harm directly down on those you care about most?

Had an opportunity to talk to a Trump supporter about his lies. She acknowledged lies saying he talks like that to call attention to what he is saying. She says it's no different than the detergent commercial saying just "Shout" the stain out or the "Febreeze" commercial with the people sitting blindfolded in a pile of garbage and can't smell it.

She sees his lying as a brand slogan that misleads people or commercial that creates an illusion of reality that is highly questionable. I am struggling to understand how that that is OK for a brand or slogan, let along the president of the US. It seems she is saying trump is as fake as a slogan or commercial and if people believe his lies, then its their fault, not his. Another way of saying "If someone rips you off, its your fault".... And I suppose from her perspective Trump is a modern day Robin Hood, he steals from others (ie poor, minorities, democrats, liberals, other countries, etc), and gives it to his base. He is taking from others that rightly belongs to his base, thus everything he says or does is OK.

I asked her about his wages are too high and lots of good paying jobs. She:"we'll see" and "he'll be one of the top five presidents".
