This morning's issue of the Washington Post had a great article bout Trump's relationship with Jeff Sessions, and the problems that would arise if he tries to fire him:

Guy an interesting piece; however since Trump is an "mob" boss he may find ways to get it his way; don't underestimate the "mob". The biggest danger is getting Kavanaugh elected; he will defend Trump in the Supreme Court and drags other "partisan" members with him. So let the "games" begin.

Prior to becoming president, I don't think he was ever a real mob boss outside of his own screwed up company. I would agree his method of operation within his own company was that of wannabe mob boss. And now as president, his ego thinks he can bring those same tactics to american politics and the presidency.

As an overall observation, trump is what is called a "Poser". He's always pretends to be something he is not, and always worse than second rate at everything he does. Its likely he wanted to be part of NY organized crime, but was rejected because wiseguy criminals could see exactly what we see, a selfish dip-ship moron that would fuck up their criminal activities if they ever brought him into their inner cycle. If he were part of serious mob activities, trump would have either been killed off long ago by the mob, or he would be in sitting in prison right for having fuckup so bad that he took down the NY mob crime families. Hell, he would have flipped on the mob before the FBI could ask their first question.

Short version: Organized crime is far too smart to be connected with somebody as stupid as trump. Its very likely his dad had a lot of connections with mobsters.

I placed an "thread" on 8/20/18 (" Republican adds") on the site of the Trump family history; all his forefathers and father were "crooks" his Daddy was an staunch KKK member. that says enough. It is in the "blood".

Watched this very interesting segment from Rachel Maddow from a few days ago. It is a tangled web. I found this to be informative.

    Really really worth listening to.
Unbeleivable. These people, Trump et al, have been and are apparently operating from an elevated special position of immunity. As Rachel pointed out these new affairs are from New York State jurisdiction which makes then immune from Presidential Pardoning. A lot of it derived from using charitable foundation money. That begs the question why doesn't a billionaire have an independent petty cash account that has no restrictions on the money. There is a desperate need for "Being a Crook for Dummies".
