I haven't heard any slogan or proposition to start the blue tsunami. Less than 4% unemployed should already have been spiking labor wages up. The less than 4% is probably low wage people picking up extra work to try and surive.

Yes Chet, I've not seen anything either yet. The only thing I know is that the economy is not all that rosy as portrayed. But yeah, McNuchin changed the tax code for the rich related to capital gains, so they can get even richer. I thought you will like that! ha ha.

How many people have started to work versus how many people are working more. How many new jobs can provide a fulfilling life style with discretionary money.

To say the least he is a very bad vindictive 71 year old sociopath. Is there any type of emergency procedure to stop or reverse any bad actions on his part. I believe his lies and tweeting are enough to have him suspended now. Can't imagine what he might try to do if charged with a felony.

About 30 months ago a reality television guy figured out A. What the masses wanted to hear and B. How to easily deliver a message on social media. Ultimately he left the other 18 candidates wondering how they failed when they were all far more qualified and experienced. Turns out the experience was turned into a great negative by the wordsmith and his handlers.

We have a message. We're not him. Too many will believe that's enough. It's not nearly enough and watch out because these opportunities happen once every 48 months. We are getting a shit storm from the old opponents. We may squander this opportunity if not creative and diligently hard working.

Learn to communicate with the fine citizens of the dark red states. At least try because the popularity contest we won in '16 means zero. Time to try to bring 50 states into our tent. Currently I am severely skeptical.

"We have a message. We're not him. Too many will believe that's enough. "

The worst candidate in the history of the world got elected running against a similar platform. If Trump and the republicans get run out and the Democrats win by default not acknowledging and promising to straighten out Wall Street for the working poor there will be turmoil in the future. Status quo will parade as victors. If you look at the impossibility that Bernie presented in early 2015 and then see the presence he carved battling republicans and Democrats then be prepared for what happens if the status quo incrementalizing status quo compromising elitist get into power. 500% cost of living increase dumped on 34% wage increase over the last 40 years is not going to be kissing rings.

Here is the latest inspirational message from the CEO of the DNC.

"My promise to my two sons -- and to myself -- is to do everything I can to stop this assault on our democracy and create an America that we can be proud of."

Is this let's make America great again?

Not a thing to the people who can't afford the necessities of life. Sorry, straight out of la la land and completely disassociated from the working people.

Where did you find that quote at? I'd like to read the article of where it came from. There must have been more than that quote?

Soliciting email I got from DNC.

    DemocratsJoin us.

    Friend --

It's been a month since I joined the DNC as CEO, and there are just two full months before the midterms. I've been so humbled to take on this role at this time, when the stakes have never been higher. Simply put, we are fighting for the very soul of our country and our democracy.

Friday at midnight is a critical FEC fundraising deadline. It's the last deadline before our candidates hit the ground running after Labor Day, and each contribution will bring our party one step closer to victory on Election Day. So I have to ask:

Now is the best time to show you stand with Democrats. Will you make your first $3 contribution of 2018 before Friday's critical FEC deadline?

    DONATE: $3
    DONATE: $10
    DONATE: $25
    DONATE: $50
    DONATE: $100
    Or donate another amount.

Supporting the Democratic Party is about ending this appalling chapter in American history. We are watching unparalleled attacks on our courts, on the rule of law, and on basic notions of decency and fairness. My promise to my two sons -- and to myself -- is to do everything I can to stop this assault on our democracy and create an America that we can be proud of.

That fight is one that all of us must take on together. With your help, the DNC is committed to winning back seats at all levels of government for one simple reason: We need to elect Democrats from the school board to the Senate in order to take back our country.

Right now our candidates are moving full steam ahead to win back Congress, flip state legislatures, and turn governors' mansions blue -- but that will only happen if we help them fight competitively for every single seat and every single vote.

Your donation before Friday's critical FEC deadline shows you're committed to that effort -- it simply won't happen without you.

I am asking you: Will you make a $3 contribution before Friday's FEC deadline? Together we'll elect Democrats up and down the ballot this November.

    All my best,

    Seema

    Seema Nanda
    Chief Executive Officer
    Democratic National Committee

P.S. We're setting our sights on winning at ALL levels of government because we've seen the consequences when we don't. Contribute $3 before Friday's FEC deadline to show you're part of that fight.
