We've all been exposed to the conservative website Newmax, a 20 year old publication that is arguably one of the strongest conservative websites, with an annual revenue of more than $50 million.
I was shocked to receive a 12 page full color ad from the organization a few days ago that was promoting a new book titled " Killing the Deep State" - the fight to save Donald Trump
The author is a conspiracy author known as Jerome Corsi, who I was not familiar with.
This guy has a PhD from Harvard, but he definitely is not a guy that I would take advice from.
The three people quoted as supporting the book are author Ed Klein, Joseph Farah, and Roger Stone
Corsi's previous books are "Unfit for Command" which he says "stopped John Kerry's Presidential bid" and Obama Nation, which he says "crushed Barack Obama's radical agenda in Congress". Both of his previous books have been criticized for publishing less than factual items (in other words, fake news).
Corsi became the Washington, D.C. bureau chief for Alex Jones' InfoWars in 2017. Unless you've been living under a rock, InfoWars is a conspiracy website.
Ed Klein actually worked for the New York Times a while back, but has veered into "the dark side" since that time. Like Corsi, Klein's books don't have much credibility. According to conservative columnist John Podhoretz ( in the New York Post), "Thirty pages into it, I wanted to take a shower. Sixty pages into it, I wanted to be decontaminated. And 200 pages into it, I wanted someone to drive stakes through my eyes so I wouldn't have to suffer through another word."
Joseph Farah is the founder of the conspiracy website World Net Daily, so I wouldn't take seriously anything he printer either.
Roger Stone was Trump's campaign manager, and is apparently the "unnamed conspirator" who was recently indicted by Robert Mueller.
You can get a copy of Corsi's book for free , as long as you subscribe to Newsmax for one year (for $39.95)
