I believe everyone in this forum will enjoy watching the Netflix documentary series: Dirty Money

It is not about DT, but it is an inside look at the type of people\businesses that DT considered partners, people who have been convicted of white collar crimes, such as money laundry, tax fraud, internet scams, ponzi Schemes, etc.

With these men, including DT, there is only thing that is wrong: getting caught.

I was teaching English in Slovakia in 1993. With the new freedom of the press, corruption became widely rampant in this new democracy. Politicians could be re-elected after stealing billions.

Many of my students were appalled, and asked why Canada is not corrupt. I said Canada is still corrupt. The actors of this play are just a little smarter about keeping it hidden (most of the time) and probably taking a lower percentage of the GDP than the new Slovak politicians. But it is still there.

I'll have to find time to watch this series. But I suspect I already know most of the story.

It is multiple unrelatede cases about people who use corruption\scams\etc\ as business tools.

These are people who either rationalize their behavior, or like DT, truly lack the ability understand the difference between right\wrong, for them Right=what works, wrong=what doesn't. If breaking the law is what works in terms of making a profit, then they go with it. If they steal every last penny from a honest man, that is his problem, not theirs.

Had a customer that moved his operations out of Miami. He said those people make a practice of abusing contracts. In my business I get 80% of labor and full parts money before I start a job and never had a signed contract in 30 years of business. He said if you gave them parts and labor money up front without a contract you would never hear from them again. And if a job was done where contractor worked without a contract he would not get paid. There were complaints of vendors and labor not getting paid in Trump jobs.
