When Trump shakes hands he pulls the person toward him. Control and loyalty . Kim Jung Un didn't like that and the next time they shook hands he tried it. Big game to Kim.

Does it really matter? Trump only used his visit to boosts his own ego; he's getting bolder by the day and thinks now he's"untouchable. However history will catch up on him and eventually he'll be an "has been". However that may take lots of time because of his "brainless indoctrinated followers".

Just looking at the news on CNBC; the "trade wars" have started; Trump and his stupid cronies like Navarro and Ross have no clue, as was also mentioned by experts on CNBC. Our "buffoon" finds all of this fantastic, while the stock market reacts negative again. All of this will hit especially the Trump voters, but I think they don't care as long as Ivanka gets her trade marks free and clear. China will react and the outcome won't be good.

Remember trumps words about raising the minimum wage. He said no he wants to keep American wages low to compete.

    Here is True Trump:

In 2015 he says wages are too high.

Chet, you are way of the subject; wages is another subject; trade wars have lots of different elements besides "wages".

As an example the German wages are a lot higher than in the US, but still they built better cars which get sold over here and are liked here because of the quality (Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes, BMW, Porsche etc.) In Germany they likely are not too fond of American cars because of the style and quality and too bulky and not very well finished. Thus these imports will be less there; even if our "asshole" demands that they should buy more American made products. So wages don't always play a role in trade.

You missed the point. He was announcing a trade war when he said he wouldn't raise the minimum wage to keep competitive with foreign labor. That is not creating jobs, that is taking jobs. That is a trade war.

Dutch, Its all about wages. Raising our minimum wage would be lowering a tariff on imported goods and raising a tariff on our exported goods.

Chet, I doubt it. What wage do you pay a robot? Does a country import goods which they don't want or need? If you buy something don't you check for quality or usefulness? No it is not all that simple; look at the "drug" imports; how are they priced in this corrupt society? Labor is only a small factor; there are many other things what drives it, such as transport cost; the in "between" people, lobbyists; the margins, the overhead, politics, taxes, patents, legal costs etc. you name it.
