Schmidt, you are so good in to figure things out; so I'm asking if you can make a timeline about things which will lead to the end of this government. Like lately it is going downhill in a rapid pace; "a Pruitt who still is not fired", Like a "priest" which got fired and got the job back", an bunch of dumb "asses" going to China to tell them how to "trade", "a Trump who preaches at the NRA meeting" ( the "dead" kids will love this) , "a Stormy payoff", a Guiliani "helping" hand, anyway you name it. Also where are the Dem's; on vacation with Pelosi and Perez????

So you got your work cut out for you!!Wink

Springtime in the Rockies. Sometimes it's better to be outside enjoying nature than watching the media's continuing coverage of Donald Trump bragging about himself or knocking Hillary. I'm also out canvassing neighborhoods for my favorite person for Colorado's governor: Mike Johnston. I did considerable research on all the candidates, and he is by far the best. The media doesn't know that yet nor the electorate. I am doing my part to change that.

In any case, regarding a timeline of when Trump might destroy himself or this country, as you guys have certainly noticed, there are no revelations about Trump's affairs, pay-offs, bribes, ethical conduct, repeated lies, exaggerations, distortions, fabrications, contradictions, incompetence, or even Russian conspiracies that can bring his presidency down. Republicans have circled the wagon around Trump to protect him from all the arrows flying in his direction. His poll numbers go up when Democrats and the media attack him. Even the midterm elections may not change his vulnerability in Congress.

There are only two things in my mind that can bring his poll numbers and ultimately bring his presidency down: 1) for Trump to admit he was wrong about anything and he apologizes for his actions, and 2) revelations that one of his mistresses had an abortion funded by Trump. He can be found to pay-off 20 mistresses and it just doesn't matter with his base. Just more, "ho hum...so what?"

So timelines about his actions or what he and his lawyers say don't mean diddly. Anything that happened in the past is past. If the evangelicals can forgive him or just dismiss his outrageous behavior, who are the rest of us to judge him? He is doing "God's work", and Democrats should know by now that they cannot challenge "God" in the elections.

    Okay I'm being cynical.

Democrats are largely following the same course in which they lost the November election. 1) letting Trump control the messaging, and 2) attacking Trump as a winning strategy. When it comes to gutter politics, Trump and Republicans are true winners. They are ruthless.

Democrats have positive messages on just about every issue of the day, but they are drowned out, much like Hillary was, in the 24/7 news cycle of Trump tweets, Trump rallies, and Mar-a-Lago style opulence. MSNBC and CNN seem to cover him more than Fox News.

The master con artist has never stopped conning and why not? It works.

‘I’m sorry, but we’re going to keep winning, winning, winning, we’re going to make America great again.” – Donald Trump.

Propaganda and repetition, repetition, repetition. We know where he learned that. It works. Believe me!

Now you are talking; thus what I said month's and month's ago becomes reality; if the Dem's don't gain in huge numbers this fall then we will be stuck with this idiot for a long time, as well this country will no longer function the "normal" way.

Sorry, but your story is the truth. Hate to hear that.

The media. Yeah, you know Schmidt, if FOX would begin to attack Trump's credibility, wouldn't that be a game changer? But, he we are, mired in right wing garbage and are going further and further into the gutter. Me thinks Perez is spinning his wheels with the DNC lawsuit. In lawmaker's eyes, Trump can do no wrong. Isn't it sad and demeaning? And voters are still just as ignorant as they ever were.

As soon as we win the powerball jackpot, me and my wife are going to Florida and grab the Dutch and sail off into the sunset and forget, or try to, all the damage one man and his party has caused this once (great nation?) Because when you're wealthy, you can pay off people to go your way, or to go away.
