Just to confuse you further, the article below was in the Daily Kos this morning:

    https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2019/5/11/1856880/-Trump-recalls-ambassador-to-Ukraine-to-help-Rudy-Giuliani-s-effort-to-create-a-scandal

You'll notice that Wikipedia and the Daily Kos have 2 entirely different takes on the circumstances related to Hunter Biden. It sure looked like a scandal in Wikipedia, but the Daily Kos is calling it a "fake scandal."

To double-down for 2020, Giuliani has been pushing a faux-scandal in which Joe Biden visited Ukraine and insisted on the removal of a prosecutor who was targeting a company where his son Hunter served on the board. In reality, the situation was nothing close to what Giuliani is suggesting. The prosecutor in question was not investigating the company, and in fact the reason Biden went after the prosecutor was because he had failed to assist a U.K. investigation. But Giuliani has been pushing a twisted lie, making it seem as if Biden was acting to benefit Hunter.

If you add in the fact that Trump just recalled his ambassador to the Ukraine, the truth is really getting hard to figure out.

Ambassador Yovanovitch was scheduled to leave over the summer, but her departure has been accelerated “after she became a target of political attacks by conservative media outlets and Donald Trump Jr.” Conservative commentators, including Fox News’ Laura Ingraham, have been making Yovanovitch a target as “Obama’s ambassador to Ukraine,” claimed that the ambassador had “an anti-Trump bias,” and another Fox commentator stated without evidence that she had “bad-mouthed” Trump to Ukrainian officials. Donald Trump Jr. repeated those claims and other complains from the alt-reich media.

Got to be hugely skeptical of anything political in Wikipedia because Wikipedia can be written by anybody. Hell, Rudy Giuliani or the Russians could have updated Wikipedia. Just saying it can't be trusted as source for political facts\opinions.

Plus, Rudy Giuliani job is to create Fake News for Donald Trump, and it will get worse. Prediction: expect Giuliani to state on Fox news that the male front runner has committed sexual assault. They are going to use the Bret Kavanaugh hearings as a template in an effort to create a divide among Democratic, enough to create doubt. Imagine the scenario where 1-2 weeks before the election, an unnamed women claims that Presidential nominee (if a guy) raped her while in HS\College. If a the candidate is female, the unnamed woman would claim the female candidate covered up a rape for some unnamed rapist friend.

Think about it for just a moment the kind of unexpected tweets Trump will unleash 24-48 hours before 2020 election. Rape allegations, and other horrible crimes, that are 100% fake. Liable statements that would criminal for anybody that is not already president. Hell, he can claim, without any facts, that the democratic candidate killed somebody and covered it up, but as president he not be charged with a crime. If anybody else made such a factless claim, they would be charged with a crime.

This is what Republicans do in general. Look for dirt and then make a mountain out of a mole hill. Or if none exists, just make shit up that might seem plausible, and then spread it all over the internet through social media...two weeks before the election. Republicans are ruthless, but Giuliani is in a league by himself.

Remember what they did with the "fake Obama birth certificate".

Wikipedia: Barack Obama citizenship conspiracy theories

    Ruthless!

The article below popped up on DC Tribune this morning.

Rudy's trip was canceled once Senator Chris Murphy pledged to investigate Rudy’s activities were he to make the excursion.

In addition to that, Ukraine’s prosecutor general said in an interview that he had no evidence of wrongdoing by U.S. Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden or his son, despite a swirl of allegations by President Donald Trump’s lawyer.
