This morning, the New York Times a list of questions that Robert Mueller would like to ask Trump:

    https://www.nytimes.com/2018/04/30/us/politics/robert-mueller-questions-trump.html?hp&action=click&pgtype=Homepage&clickSource=story-heading&module=span-ab-top-region®ion=top-news&WT.nav=top-news

I'm not sure who leaked the questions, or why, but it undoubtedly will make Trump even crazier than he already is. I am also now certain that he would NEVER agree to meet with Mueller unless he was forced to, since he would surely shoot himself in the foot about a zillion times.

    What do you think?

Without a doubt, it was someone from Donald's team. As TheHill (which is by no means a left-wing publication) pointed out - whoever wrote these questions didn't use proper grammar, especially grammar that Mueller or any one of his high powered lawyers would use.

Whoever leaked this has one audience - Donald. They want to make sure Donald understands the gravity of the situation he's in and make him think twice before agreeing to sit down for an interview with the Special Counsel.

What will be interesting is what happens when/if Donald refuses to cooperate. Will Mueller move to subpoena him or does he already have everything he needs? Those questions already seem to show that Mueller has something on Donald and that's just itching to get Donald to lie under oath.

There a lot ways this could go.

Here is one hypothetical source of leak, Trump's legal team.

    Scenerio.

Trump refuses to be interviewed by Mueller, but politically proceeds to answer the leaked questions in a non live interview with Fox new's Sean Hannity after Mueller has released a report. By handling it after Mueller's report, they can address the report and the leaked questions in a controlled non live interview that favors trump. If he starts rambling and\or lies, they can later remove whatever they do not like it in the editing room so nothing makes it on air that is bad for trump. A 30 minute rambling trump answer to a single question can easily be edited down to 1-2 minutes where he seems to calmly and logically explain things as if he is a mature rational adult in total control, while 95% of his rambling fictional statements never see the light of day.

There are several other ways that this is just as likely to play out.

It appears the trump's ego wants to go head to head with Mueller because trump believes he can win that fight, forcing Mueller to concede. trump wants tweet to the world a Mueller report that clears him of everything going back the 70s, and he believes he can close that deal using his BS skills, with Mueller leaving the interview as a loser or converted to trump's team.

But trump lawyers don't want to trump doing the interview for reasons I don't need to rehash, his legal team sees a gun being pointed at Trumps head, but trump believe he can talk down Muller because trump believe he can talk himself out everything.

Political columnists are suggesting that Mueller has back up plans no matter what trump decides to do. Does trump want to hang himself with a rope, or shot himself with a gun. Mueller has a plan for whatever trump decides.

One thing I am certain about is that trump wants a show down with Mueller.

He wants to break Mueller, the FBI, and justice department. Maybe he will attempt to do that during a face to face interview, or do it in some other way. He wants to be able to show the world that he can not be defeated, and all those to challenge him, walk away as losers. trump loves being the dark horse that always wins, even if winning means using methods\tactics others refuse to use. If the other team is bigger, stronger, and more skilled, then put poison in their food; do whatever it takes.

Deep down, he knows the worst that will happen to him is he goes back to his previous life. He won't go to jail, and he has power of pardoning anybody he wants. If he were to resign (IMHO, 90% chance he will), don't be surprised if all the big names associated with him are pardoned at the same time, 20+ people all walking way with their criminal record cleared.

Rudy did it. It's a dirty trick they are trying to stay on attack mode. That's the MO . Never be on defense always stay on offense. Keep the crazies motivated.

Alas there are sealed indictments that will not go away. There are indictments that the fat moron cannot stop on state levels. Micheal Cohen is going to be charged with crimes that will cause him to turn states evidence against the fat moron. I hope he is well guarded his life is in danger. When they start killing off the witnesses things will get serious. I told you here, sooner or later ,there's going to be violence, shooting and probably riots. Unless Robert Mueller can steer this train into the station pretty soon.

All I can say; the "end" will not be pretty.

Wow Jared, you're really a conspiracy theorist aren't you?

Seriously, I'm just kidding, but your post rings true, IMO. Whom else would float such a tidbit? Had to be one of Trump's Mafioso people, like maybe Bannon or some right wing flake.
