The millions of casual conversations and social media comments are vital if it results in voting. People want to believe that they can make things better. I am hopeful that is manifested in real election results.
Look around. We are the change. That was a powerful comment I heard in footage from yesterday. A strong party would harness that enthusiasm with non manipulative support.
These times they are a changing.
The NRA spokesman would say that liberals are using those very people you're writing about.
Like they don't do the same thing with conservatives by claiming they are pro second amendment. The dummy in Florida (LittleMarco) already stated that the marchers are infringing against second amendment supporters.
Marco Rubio:"I respect their views and recognize that many Americans support certain gun bans. However, many other Americans do not support a gun ban. They too want to prevent mass shootings, but view banning guns as an infringement on the Second Amendment rights of law abiding citizens that ultimately will not prevent these tragedies"

IMO, this is why the March for our Lives people should get a platform to rewrite or amend the second amendment, because without a platform or an end result, they won't accomplish very much in gun control. That was part of the problem with the OWS protestors, they did not have an objective. The March for our lives crowd needs to set an agenda and an objective, not to just say they want gun control, which is very widely interpreted.
