Just listened to Sam Nunberg's impromptu phone call to MSNBC. STUNNING!! He is absolutely unraveling on air, saying he will no longer cooperate with Mueller after the supboena he just received to provide emails from 2016, He sounded frantic, and questioned Katy Tur, asking her what he thinks Mueller will do to him, and said that he thinks Mueller has found something on Trump. Interesting, since he was on last week on MTP saying that the investigation is NOT a witch hunt, and now he is saying it is, because he does not want to go through 80 hours in searching his emails to provide them to Mueller. It is a must see, chilling, and it is obvious he is very panicked. He is as squirrely as Carter Page...

First time I got actual chills and a certainty that there is a big 'there there'. He either has something big to hide, or has been told not to cooperate. I feel a turning point to the end.

He can either hand them over or the FBI will invade his home and or offices to obtain evidence, so, Nunberg has put himself between a rock and a hard place.

a word of caution, unless you have the time, roughly 18 minutes, to listen to Katy Tur and Nunberg's phone conversation, in the link below, don't bother going to the clip.

Sam Nunberg followed up with a 35 minute interview with Ari Melber on MSNBC. Nunberg seemed to be wavering all over the place, but really not wanting to do anything to implicate his friend, Roger Stone. I'll bet Robert Mueller was watching with interest.

I saw him on Ari' show too. A reaslistic reflection of the type of people around trump; the infighting, back stabling, and lying. And exactly the way trump loves it.

Easily see the WH staff staff plotting and leaking against each other. It's very much is a reality show, where the last man standing wins. And, as president, trump wins as the staff kill each other off.

In one of his last TV interviews on CNN, he was directly asked if had been drinking before coming on air.

Lots of skeptical analysts wondering if this is just trump reality TV theater.

Initially he sounded like a pompous ass. I thought force his hand immediately and see where it leads. I later thought he may be able to help the truth being told. Today will be interesting.

A typical Trump selection as well GOP mentality; the more I see these types of people the more I think the GOP lives in la la land. Especially the "leader" is the absolute idiot they deserve; I hope they all will join each other in jail.

    Mueller hurry up please!

Meh - I'd venture to guess that a solid minority (if not majority) of people on talk shows are at least somewhat inebriated. I've read that it's often not coffee in those coffee mugs we all see during television interviews. What is unusual is someone being called out for having alcohol on their breath on live television.

Regardless of his inebriation or not - that was one wild shit show he put on. If he was looking for his fifteen minutes of fame, he did so in spectacular fashion!

Interesting comments. I think now after some days have gone by that he doesn't necessarily has something to hide, but is simply over his head and trying not to get his mentor in trouble. I feel some empathy for him, and I didn't think it was prudent for the CNN anchor to call out any inebriation, and so sad he felt compelled to answer that he was on antidepressants. I did find that Ari Melber handed the situation with dignity the days after, almost coming to his defense regarding his agitated state, and saying he was keeping in confidence the off the record comments by Nunberg and his father on the evening of the interview when Melber phoned him later in the night to check on him. Melber said that he did not smell alcohol on his breath when he was questioned by O'Donnell in an interview, but I also get the feeling that even if he did notice it, he was being discreet and chose not to reveal. I'm even more a fan of Melber as a result of that and his respectful attitude than I was before.

Hope the questions are rough and he squirms with nervous fear.
