You seem to have some serious issues Chet.

"Bernie was the only choice at the time"? You have spent the past two years bowing down to all things Bernie and now he's simply the only choice at the time? Or is it Biden? I honestly don't know anymore.

There's literally no such thing as "Hillary or busters." Clinton voters from 2016 aren't as brainwashed as you Bernie voters. They (and I) voted for the candidate that the people wanted. Bernie or busters, the system, and Russia chose otherwise.

Thanks, Bernie or busters/the system/and Russia.

Are you a "Joe or Buster" now?

I'm so confused. I thought you love Bernie.

"But perhaps the most noteworthy moments of his interview came when Biden harshly criticized Hillary Clinton's campaign. Although he said she would have been a "great president," Biden claimed he knew Clinton would lose: "I did 83 events. A month out, I came back and said, 'We're going to lose this election,'" he told Winfrey."

In short, there are still many Clinton loyalists who will likely hold Biden's comments against him when it's time to cast votes in the primary — so he may want to stop slamming her campaign if he's entertaining the possibility of another run.

his comments are potentially alienating to many people who are #StillWithHer

A double digit lead is beyond your comprehension to figure out who to support? You seem to have a logic challenge.

Yeah, isn't that a head scratcher? Hillary couldn't win? That one deserves a WAT? retort.

Clear to me now that you are simply an antagonist . It is pure logic to support a double digit leader. Double digit lead to a 78 year old is sending a message. Especially since Warren is so far down. Could be a fluke poll .

I love Biden. I read his most recent book in a matter of days after it came out and I also recently attended a lecture of his in Portland.

I also wrote a thread back in August of 2015 expressing my desire that he run for President and I would be ecstatic if he ran for President in 2020.

My "antagonism" has more to do with how you've spent two plus years worshiping Bernie as the reincarnation of Jesus Christ and now one random poll has you flipping and getting in Biden's camp.

Biden and Bernie are two diametrically opposite politicians. Biden isn't a snake oil salesman who has an "everything for free!" platform and he isn't a self identified socialist who promises that he and he alone will make all of your wildest dreams come true.

He and Bernie couldn't be further apart on the most pressing issues that Bernie or busters are willing to sabotage elections over, but yet you're now flipping into his camp because you read one poll showing that he's still popular? I just find that rather fascinating.

"one poll showing that he's still popular? I just find that rather fascinating."

Leading by double digits . And if you would have read my posts for content instead of looking for something to attack you would know that multiple times I expressed concern about Bernie's socialist identification. Biden has a lot of baggage but it appears to trump socialist. I think Biden could be easily elected and his poll standing even though he hasn't announced he will run is indicative of his popularity.

I hope Biden still owns his 350 horse 327 Vette. That is a vote getter.

You've literally gone from "Bernie is the way and "anybody but Bernie" is a loser plan. It will elect a Republican" to saying it's "pure logic to support a double digit leader" named Joe Biden in a span of two days.

As I said - I would love nothing more than Biden to run. I'd also love numerous other Democrats to run. I'm not wedded to any one candidate. The only thing I know for sure is that I'm ardently opposed to Bernie because Bernie would only tear the party apart in the same way he did in 2016, guaranteeing yet another election defeat because his supporters would rather burn everything to the ground over voting for anyone other than their savior.

Could be a fake or manipulated poll but people have been wanting him to run for a long time. He has been stable at the top with Bernie for some time. But a double digit leap without anything in the news that I am aware of to inspire it is pretty remarkable. A jump like that is suspicious but I see nobody benefiting enough to take the risk to manipulate the poll.

CPAC recognizes Biden as the most formidable Democratic candidate significantly above other possibles.
