It is sad because it is a continuing trend for the poor. Amerika exports billions of bushels of grain to foreign nations before addressing hunger in it's own back yard.
This "make America great again" is actually bullshit, and the other phrases used to make Amerikans feel good about themselves is bullshit too.
I didn't want to break anyone's spirit yesterday because it was the holiday of Thanksgiving, which probably doesn't mean much to mainstream Amerikans. All they can think about is "their families" and "black Friday".
Yes, it's true one political party is trying to strip social programs from the poor. 41.2% of Americans live in food insecure households. This was updated in October of this year, according to the USDA.

- 6.5 million children lived in food-insecure households in which children, along with adults, were food insecure.
- 703,000 children (1.0 percent of the Nation's children) lived in households in which one or more child experienced very low food security."

I posted a link to the video that's 5 years old to try to bring attention to these facts.
Just think, Christmas is just around the corner, "peace and good will toward all men" doesn't cut it anymore either. It's what am I going to get for Christmas. The meaning of these holidays have no meaning, and have not ever since whomever coined these phrases for the almighty dollar. Amerika will probably be an island someday, it's well on it's way now.
