Waikiki International Hotel. He'll probably have a fire sale after the hurricane.
"A fire sale is the sale of goods at extremely low prices, typically when the seller faces bankruptcy or other impending distress. The term may originally have been based on the sale of goods at a heavy discount due to fire damage."
Donald Trump has filed for corporate bankruptcy four times, in 1991, 1992, 2004 and 2009.

Dutch, It's not the people. It's the Party. You are fond of the Banana Republic comparison. Well, You are partly right. The exact fit of the comparison is the Democratic Party. The party lost its focus after the FDR bonus. The hierarchy became affluent and absorbed an elitist attitude. Instead of helping people to live they began telling people how to live. That is not representing their constituency. All you have to do is reflect how people that become affluent start to take credit for their success. It then follows that they feel superior and then naturally start to dictate from their position of affluent power. It's not the people that pick the leaders. The people can only pick between the choices presented. Stagnant wages for forty plus years while the cost of living has gone up 500% has created a desperate abandoned majority. If is not natural for people to be poor. They have been robbed and cheated out of opportunity. The people that elected Trump on the promise of good paying jobs are realizing the rotten lie promised to them. They can't afford health care and as they and their families and friends suffer more and die sooner they don't forget Trump's promises of health care for everybody and lots of good paying jobs. Trump has created a huge liability in already desperate people. Anything is possible especially in the shadow of a Democratic party sitting quietly by waiting to collect the spoils of a duplicitous liar. Have you heard any Democratic leader challenging Trump on his promises of good paying jobs or health care for everybody?
BTW a good paying job is one that affords the necessities of life.
