Dock it is time to see an doctor; may be he has an anti "green" lotion. Put it on once a day for 360 days. Cost $600 for an 5 ounce bottle approved by the Pruit asshole of EPA. Free shipping from China. Ha ha.

They've got an "new" leader in the Dem's, but he still is lost in the woods somewhere; I heard him talk one time; but certainly did not impress me at all. The same old!!

I've only heard Perez talk once, that was on Meet The Press, a republican guest on Todd's show kept interrupting him and tried to change the topic, rather than answer direct questions. Perez allowed her to go on interrupting him, while Todd, who is supposed to be the moderator sat idly by without correcting the republican. That Meet The Press episode was a one trick pony show. I'm sure Perez had more to say, but he is too god damned polite. He should have told her to wait or shut her mouth so he could go on explaining democratic policy and values.

Politeness and intelligence. You would think those would be assets. They indeed are not. He should be trying to get on television daily. Hell, hourly. He won't......................................

I dislike dissing my party, but, maybe Perez should have gotten a bit rude with her. Maybe that would have shut her up long enough to get some points across. Democrats are still trying to play nice with this administration and the GOP, they need to bristle up a bit.

The point I like to make is "what have they to offer except the same as the GOP; "jobs" alone does not cut it. Sorry to say; start with making sure education is done properly in the "red" States related to real life problems. Not just "propaganda" via the churches and Fox /Breitbart news etc. As long as our youth in indoctrinated the wrong way, we will be stuck with our self inflicted wounds. The 17/18 year old's are the one's who become the "terrorists and anti government". Thus proper education is an must. Furthermore the "grown-ups" should demand that "votes" count (not an antique "electoral college" system) as well "vet" any Presidential candidate properly. All these thing are the cause of our present situation. Wake up Democrats!!

Not these days. I started a thread, it's time for democrats to get nasty, that's where we're at right now, what with white supremacist groups, neo Nazis, the kkk, and Trump emboldening them, it's a new world, and really is a battle call for democrats to rise up to the challenge of denouncing the R party and what they stand for.

First, we'll need to find a democrat that doesn't have any skeletons hiding in their closets, because if there are any, the reich wing media will attempt to discredit any person who has. e.g. Clinton's email trail and Trump's lock her up slogan. Democrats need a squeaky clean candidate, who hasn't accepted bribes to speak and hasn't taken money in pay to play scenarios. That would be difficult because IMO, most politicians are on the take anyway, it's a way of life for them.

Dock, your last line says it all; as long as "money" rules here; the corruption stays and candidates are "bought". As well the "media" plays an huge role in the "money" game. Actually the "media" helped Trump to win; because he was "sold" on the screen. Thus as long as this country remains 90% capitalistic and 10% social then "money" determines just about everything. Fund raising is part of the decease; let alone super PAC's. In this country you can find "dirt' on any candidate or create it.

I am a million percent in favor of a separation of church and state. However, these people exist. They vote more faithfully than anyone. They donate to their party. Most of them follow the other party (by a large margin) Why ? Maybe we should build some bridges and find some common ground. Inability to communicate are the weights on our ankles.

Edit / add. If this isn't seen as a problem we are blind or in the Nile. Ha ha

Taxation at the federal level is about regulating demand, not giving the currency issuing monopolist government the funds to spend. The limits are on the real side of the economy, i.e. real resources, not the financial side.
