So, let's go back a couple of years, Walker refused federal funding for expansion of Medicaid tied into Badger Care for the poor and less fortunate who wanted to sign onto the ACA to acquire healthcare for themselves. Walker has cost Wisconsin millions of dollars by doing so, and in turn has created a problem where the state went into debt because of that, and caused ACA insurance premiums to go up significantly.

Fast forward to yesterday, Wisconsin's roads are in need of repairs, and guess what, neither republicans or democrats can figure out how to address the shortage of money it'll take to fix the roads and bridges. One idea floated was to create a toll system for heavy trucks, but none could agree that this was the way to go.

Guess what folks, Walker has thought of acquiring federal funding to fix the Wisconsin roads! That's right, federal funding to fix roads, but declined federal dollars for needy people's health issues. This man is such an ass.

I truly hope the people of cheddarland have wised up to Walker's shitty governing style, and vote him out in the next election.

Don't bet on it. These people believe that even if it hurts themselves it's good because it hurts "them" a lot more!

You're right pr. Partisan politics is why poor white people will forfeit healthcare because it allows for bad things to be said about Obamacare. Save on taxes, hurt the unimportant/poor, help the wealthy, and suggest the black guy did a bad thing. That's what potus wants us to think.

I see, please make it hurt so good. Only then, for how long, would the hurt need to continue before poor folks wise up, show up to vote, to change the situation they've boxed themselves into? Just one more term before they begin to hurt enough? When emergency rooms become overwhelmed and bankruptcy filings spike because they'll have no healthcare, but will have slightly better roads and bridges to get to hospitals?

I didn't know Wisconsin had this many Neanderthals, they voted for a republican governor and a republican president, and have a republican senate majority, are things getting better? Maybe not, unemployment is down to 4%, yeah, there's those great jobs paying the minimum wage $7.25 an hour, lots of jobs, but won't be able to pay bills on that, unless they work 2 or 3 jobs, and forget about healthcare, they just won't get sick!

Are the Independents saying that replied to the thread believe democrats are worse than republicans? Partisanship called out.
