Eric Schneiderman is no fan of Trump.

Since it appears that Kuchner has violated numerous New York statues related to his $350 million loan for his property in Brooklyn from Citigroup, I just sent Schneidermana a letter , and asked him to take appropriate action. Depending on which statute he has violated, the maximum penalty could be as much as 25 years in prison.

Since the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau may already have some issues with Citigroup, I may actually get a response from Schneiderman. As of yesterday, there were over 1000 complaints against the company by consumers:

In another one of those "what the hell were they thinking?" actions, the outgoing Mexican president just bestowed the Order of the Aztec, Mexico's highest civilian honor for foreigners, on Jared Kushner:

    https://www.aljazeera.com/news/2018/11/mexico-bestow-highest-honour-kushner-sparks-outcry-181128070356584.html

The average Mexican was less than pleased. Here's a sample of their comments:

"We Mexicans, DON’T support @EPN Peña’s decision to honor Jared Kushner with the Orden del #AguilaAzteca which is meant to recognize foreign citizens for their trajectories and legacies.

It’s a complete disgrace, from the most corrupt government ever."

Kushner was in the news again this morning.

As the New York Times reported, Trump ORDERED his officials to give Kushner a top secret security clearance last year, despite the fact that John Kelly, Don MvGahn II, and the CIA did not think it was a good idea. That, of course, is what mob bosses do.

Kushner is abroad this week working on a Middle East peace plan. One of the people he will be meeting with is murderous prince MBS of Saudi Arabia.

It says something that both Kelly and McGahn had the foresight to write contemporary memos to the file on the Kushner security clearance. From the NYT article:

"Mr. Trump’s decision in May so troubled senior administration officials that at least one, the White House chief of staff at the time, John F. Kelly, wrote a contemporaneous internal memo about how he had been “ordered” to give Mr. Kushner the top-secret clearance.

"The White House counsel at the time, Donald F. McGahn II, also wrote an internal memo outlining the concerns that had been raised about Mr. Kushner — including by the C.I.A. — and how Mr. McGahn had recommended that he not be given a top-secret clearance."

Trump cannot escape the truth on this one. However, I expect it will be put in the pile with all the other transgressions, and nothing significant will come of it.

Used to be to obtain a TS clearance, the applicant had to have a need to know. If trump ordered him to have a TS clearance, then there you go Mr. Mueller, go after Kushy and check his records and match them against all the other cronies, and play match game with those, and you might find a reason to indict both trump and Kushner. Kushner had or has a need to know by definition of the clearance itself, so he knows as much as the already indicted from trump's inner circle.

    TOP SECRET security clearance

Top secret clearance is the highest security clearance level in the United States, and only individuals with this classification are privy to the most sensitive information within the United States government. People with top secret security clearance have access to “need-to-know” information that other law enforcement personnel do not.

Al Jazzera had a lengthy article this morning about Kushner that highlights the dangers of selling nuclear material to Saudi Arabia. Nothing illustrates the corruption of the Trump administration more than this little snippet from the article :

"At the forefront of these efforts, of course, are Kushner and his business interests. It turns out a company that bailed out his family after an ill-conceived real estate deal in New York brought them close to bankruptcy now intends to sell nuclear reactors in Saudi Arabia."

This came up in an interview yesterday with John Kelly and he chose not to talk about the memos, but I loved how he clarified his position that he was working the US Government, not Donald Trump. "I would have served if Hillary Clinton had asked".... While it could have been an impromptu moment, more than likely, Kelly was waiting for the right timing to make that specific public statement that trump would take as personal insult to him as a man.

No doubt he has a book in the works. And imagine how frustrated Kelly had to have been working with Trump. Kelly spending his professional career in the mitary working with highly structured\organized systems of operation, then working for trump who thrives on chaos and criminal behavior. Trump treating him as if he was the head butler. something like Trump saying "I am out of diet Coke, can you run to down to the Quickly Mart can buy some more. And make sure you setup the Tivo to record Dancing with the stars. "

Don't forget on how Kelly acted related to the KKK action in Charlottesville(?) I still think he's an racist.

Related to Kussner; it was already said that Mueller as well the Dem's are "afraid" to touch any of the Trump family.

The strange thing in this country is, that people here believe that Presidents are "holy" and can't be touched; very strange indeed. May be it is because of the churches who claim "god" sent this "royal" family to us.

Sorry people, there is nothing "holy" about an "corrupt mobster" family, so do something about it.

The last time that I counted, there were more than 100 books about Trump in print - and most of them were negative.

One of the latest ones to pop up is "Kushner, Inc", which revealed the fact that Trump had wanted John Kelly to "get rid of" Ivanka and Jared.

Trump is the kind of guy who would sell out his own mother, so trying to ease out his daughter and son-in-law is not much different.

According to Forbes, he was a long way from being first in his class when he attended Wharton. Although his academic records are sealed, there is little doubt that his daughter is a lot smarter than he is, since she graduated cum laude from Wharton with a degree in economics.
