Due to his rapidly deteriorating mental condition, Donald Trump subnitted his resignation by tweet at 3 this morning from his winter White House in Florida.

Although this is the news we have all been waiting for a long time, it would be a lot more credible if it weren't published on April Fool's Day.

Yeah, it works for me. I wonder if anyone dares pull an April Fool's joke on Trump. They could show him a new fake poll saying, "previous polls were all rigged, they had it all backwards. Trump has high approval rating."

He would Tweet that again and again.

We're going to feed the poor, house the homeless, and provide low cost healthcare to all.... that would have been a humorous way to start the day.

Too close to the opposite to have been funny.

85% chance he will resign before the end of his term.

98% chance he'll decide not to run again

99.99% chance he'll loose the republican nomination

100% chance of losing the election if were get the nomination.

He is 70 years old. If not forced out of office, he'll exit at the soonest opportunity. He completed a big ticket item on his bucket list (Elected President), he really wants to be playing golf every day at Mar a largo, telling whopper stories that contain 3% truth, and 97% BS without being fact checked, and promote his family\business. That's what he loves to do, and good at, so he should go back to it. His talent is selling bullshit, which got him elected, but its not a skill that is useful as President.

Wishful thinking; the dumb people here love all his B.S. they wanted "change" and they got it. Thus all is well in their eyes. They will cheer and cheer and don't care if the whole country goes down the tubes; love those coal mines without any regulations or healthcare; what else do you want? Lets kill of some more Muslims and kick out all the Latino's, that will solve all our problems. Don't worry about abortions either anymore; just kill the kid after it is born. Indeed he did what he promised, so his clan is so bloody happy that they drown in their beer and get high on Mexican imported drugs; because "the never to be built "wall" does not stop the flow. (certainly not for the "rich") What an banana country! No of course!

I agree his base eats it up, but it is like eating junk food, candy, and pop 100% of the time, at some point they will get sick of it and need\want something that is healthy. He can't keep promising, and not deliver. Coal miners are not going to support him when they don't get any new jobs and he is tweeting another huge fish story "I added 100,000 new coal miner jobs"; miners will look around see there are even fewer coal jobs than before Trump took office.

Also, keep in mind that Trump lost the popular vote, thus there is huge voter block out there that is not liking him one bit and not rolling over. It's my perception that there is a huge undercurrent on the left, and unless Trump cures cancer, there will be a massive voter turnout rejecting republicans and Trump.

Let's hope so; however the Dem's don't show that "popular" vote; there is another "defector" who will vote for Gorsuch. The "party" does not seem to get it, there lies the problem.
