Today is the largest and most watched professional Football event. It's also huge for advertising. Some say commercials are being politicized. 2 are perhaps anti hate, depending on who you hate, dislike, or have devalued. Anheiser Busch has a commercial that is pro immigration. Aside from our American Indian members, who is against that. The other speaks of gender equality. Daughters and fairness. Thank you Audi.

Yes, I'll stay tuned to watch the commercials. Since the Broncos are not in it, I cannot get excited about either team, but do hope that the Atlanta Falcons win. However, in case you miss any commercials, there's always Super Ads database, present and past all the way back to 1984. Awesome.

I too have no horse in this race. Because of their rich history of cheating and their winning far too often, I am firmly hoping the New England team fails. New blood - someone else winning is what I am cheering for. Prediction Atlanta 34, NE 31. Atl. QB as most valuable player. Yay commercials, hopefully more than 2 speak criticism about the current Nazi party.

I'm stuck back in 79 when the Steelers, Pirates and Pittsburg were Champions. The entire valley was filled with excitement and still living on that.

But does anybody have any recall of a 1969 Baltimore Colts Johnny Unitas game where the crowd held the game up a full 45 minutes. As incredible as that was I can find no mention of it.

Chet, Pittsburgh has had more recent Super bowl success. Did you enjoy those as well ?

I am a Minnesota Vikings fan. Several trips, all loses and none in the last 642 years. Well it's been a long time.

    Politics * * *

The NE star QB Tom Brady, owner Robert Kraft, and head coach Bill Belichek (sp?) Are all 3 huge Trump fans / supports. Half time show performance is by Lady Gaga who was openly supporting Ms. Clinton during the election. Curious if that will tempt a nasty tweet from you know who. We will see.

Luckily the NE team is surprisingly losing 21 - 3 at halftime. We will see if the evil cheating organization can be held down. They're damned good but tonight The Atlanta Falcons have been damned good as well.

    Second half about to start.

They can't help but call it a great game and best comeback ever. Well, if NE had played right the first half then ressurecting an almost lost game wouldn't be the news. Like making a hero out of a guy that saved a family from drowning after he forgot to put the drainplug back in the boat.
