Why am I the only person criticising and calling for the repeal of the Commodities Futures Modernization Act and wanting Glass-Steagall back in effect ? TJ noted an absence of a similar position anywhere else.

I think it's more that people just have more than one thing they are concerned about. We all get you want to see the CFMA repealed and to have Glass-Stegall put back into effect, but we also care about dozens of other things too.

Everyone on here knows that major criminal justice reform is near and dear to my heart, but I don't only write about that singular topic.

It's also important to understand that the only way the CFMA will ever be repealed is if we elect politicians who run on a platform of repealing it. A majority of Democratic politicians aren't in favor of repealing it and zero Republicans are in favor of repealing it, so it's going to be a long (long) time before your wish to see it repealed will ever be granted.

Thank you. That really did put it in perspective.
