Just to show I am not limited to brilliant political interpretations I will share two culinary innovations I came up with.
1. I stuff the turkey with fruit and vegetables, cook it to an internal temperature of 165 degrees at 200 degrees. About 7 hours. Then I take the cooked off juices and make the gravy. Incredibly tasting gravy that people rave about.
2. Dessert I designed resembling lasagna. Use strawberries, cream cheese filling and pie crust. Build it in layers just like a lasagna. People go crazy over this and I call it strasagna.
Chet the same for you and everyone else on the site. But I would go easy on the Thanksgiving itself;
I certainly don't give "thanks" for what happened in "politics" ; thus I'll just take an sand"whitch" and an glass of water. Maybe an piece of Dutch cheese with my Genever. And then cry and hope Trump chokes on an piece of Turkey bone.
I wish safe travels and a joyous holiday to all people.
I think there will be many tables where pass the gravy damn it will be thought but not said. Many homes enjoy alcohol with football starting early. Perhaps cordiality will start the day. Hopefully it will be maintained more often than not. I bet some conversations become Spicey and I'm not talking parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme.
Happy Turkey Day.
How to do Thanksgiving with Trump voting relatives.
