    Just to show I am not limited to brilliant political interpretations I will share two culinary innovations I came up with.

    1. I stuff the turkey with fruit and vegetables, cook it to an internal temperature of 165 degrees at 200 degrees. About 7 hours. Then I take the cooked off juices and make the gravy. Incredibly tasting gravy that people rave about.

    2. Dessert I designed resembling lasagna. Use strawberries, cream cheese filling and pie crust. Build it in layers just like a lasagna. People go crazy over this and I call it strasagna.

    Happy Thanksgiving

    Chet the same for you and everyone else on the site. But I would go easy on the Thanksgiving itself;

    I certainly don't give "thanks" for what happened in "politics" ; thus I'll just take an sand"whitch" and an glass of water. Maybe an piece of Dutch cheese with my Genever. And then cry and hope Trump chokes on an piece of Turkey bone.

    I am too traditional , I want my yams, stuffing, cranberries, string beans with fried onions, some corn and mashed potatoes, and turkey of course, next comes a selection of pies, all of which I must test taste for the safety of my guests of course. Have a happy and safe Thanksgiving Holiday.

    I wish safe travels and a joyous holiday to all people.

    I think there will be many tables where pass the gravy damn it will be thought but not said. Many homes enjoy alcohol with football starting early. Perhaps cordiality will start the day. Hopefully it will be maintained more often than not. I bet some conversations become Spicey and I'm not talking parsley, sage, rosemary, and thyme.

    That was a good article. Very troubling is the article that followed it about the evil NC governor who lost on Nov. 8 but is now questioning the legitimacy of the results and how he's maneuvering to steal the governorship that he lost. Republicans $@&(/!

    I saw a cartoon image with the phrase "Americans feeding the first undocumented immigrants" it showed Indians feeding Pilgrims.

    Yes Tony I read it; about N Carolina; yes the corruption in this country is only getting bigger since Trump "won"? Yes the GOP has opened the floodgates to screw us all. Trump can lie as much as he wishes; thus an perfect example. Try to find an bathroom in N.Carolina, by the time you figured it out then you already pee-ed in your pants.

    This evening on the news (Tampa) they said that Thanksgiving eve is the top night of the year for alcohol related arrests. I had no idea.
