attached below is the letter that I sent to the Department of Justice this afternoon:

    ...............................

Like many Americans, I was deeply disappointed with the results of the recent Presidential election. Most of us would not mind the election loss as much if the Republican candidate was qualified for the job. Since 98 of Americas's 100 largest newspapers refused to endorse him, he clearly is not fit for the position.

According to the Guardian, it is an absolute fact that Russia hacked into the DNC website, and interfered with the election.

In addition, James Comey's memo to Congress less than 2 weeks before the election clearly cost Hillary Clinton some critical votes. The fact that he later confirmed that Mrs. Clinton's emails on Anthony Weiner's computer contained nothing irregular, did literally nothing to repair the damage. The fact that he had a Trump yard sign in his front yard is a clear indication of favoritism.

On the October 27, a Trump official admitted to Business Insider that they had 3 major voter suppression operations underway, which is highly illegal under our nation's voting laws.

As a result, I would like you to take the following actions as soon as possible:

    1) strip Donald Trump of his title of President-elect, since he did not legitimately win the election.

    2) charge James Comey with violations of the Hatch Act

There may be other actions that are also improper, but the above list should give you a good start.

    Thank you

    Thomas M. Brennan

I hate to break it to you Thomas, but neither of these are going to happen.

I'm just as pissed as you are, but we can't retroactively change the rules. The real travesty is that Clinton received more than a million more votes than Trump did and she still "lost" due to our arcane electoral system.

And James Comey isn't going anywhere. The Hatch Act is very specific and while we may be upset that Comey inserted himself into the election, it would be impossible to **prove in a court of law** that he violated it.

I am willing to hope for any escape at all. You're not happy, I am not happy. Most of the world wonders how this can even be possible. To lose to a worthy opponent is perfectly fine. This is evil voodoo magic. Many will do whatever they can imagine. I hope somebody finds a solution.

    I am however..... skeptical.

I have even wondered if a deranged person might do something extreme. Problem is Trump is horrible but Pence is worse. If that hypothetical deranged party was to take out both.... I would send Ryan a welcome bouquet with cookies.

I've had this very same conversation with multiple people. Pence is a horrible human being who could set our country back decades if he were to assume the Presidency. Both of them suck, but I'd rather have Trump for four years than Pence for one day.
