While I can certainly agree with many of your recommendations some are ludicrous.

For example, Susan B Korman is considered to be one of the worst offenders out there when it comes to actually getting the donations to those needing them vs squandering them on the management fees, etc. they are right up there in the Hall of Shame with Goodwill Industries a company that actually spends a pittance of their revenue on charity work but allows the CEO to live the good life thanks to others generosity. Country music is another, I have no use for Country music but others couldn't live without it - some of it is absolutely rubbish but there is nothing wrong with much of it either.

Im sure others will chime in with their opinions as to the good and the bad but blanket suggestions such as this are really not productive at all.

Iceman, as pr said, some makes sense but most has no explanation. How is fathers day hurting anything ? Much more explanation is needed if you want others to agree with you.

A quick Google search can advise charities that are highly rated by neutral parties.

Fathers Day is a Patriarch holiday, and therefore it celebrates mostly married men, who are mostly Republican, 90 plus% of who voted for Trump.

Another possibility is that the fathers are divorcees, who have a vendetta against women, and who so voted for Trump.

Need flash. Democrats father children as well. Many of us consider it to be our greatest accomplishments. The fortunate amongst us have children who voted for democratic candidates as well. You have strong feelings but it's not accurate or healthy to think in stereotypes.

And a vote for a 3rd party is a vote for the Republicans because its the exact same low voter turn out effect that the GOP thrives on and banks on because the 3rd party can't win.

Its an idiot move to vote for a 3rd party.

A vote for a 3rd party is equivalent to about SIX votes for the GOP.

And that's why 3rd parties or write ins shouldn't even be allowed to be on the ballot.

When you vote Libertarian ONE time, you automatically (in practice) voted SIX times for the Republicans.

When you vote Green ONE time, you automatically (in practice) voted SIX times for the Republicans.

When you vote Socialist, Labor, or Communist ONE time, you automatically (in practice) voted SIX times for the Republicans.

Because this is a two party system, and NOBODY else stands a chance.

    That's it, period.

And how is it "hyperbole" that voting for 3rd party candidates doesn't work, and helps the GOP win ?

    It does.

The 3rd party can't win and its NOT a vote for the Democrats who are major party that can win, and does.
