    my post from hypercrites today.

also don't really care who this pisses off. hillary clinton was a bad candidate. she campaigned poorly. it doesn't matter how well-qualified people thought she was (and she was) because her baggage was real and heavy. but the real problem lies with the democratic party as the link notes.

Lonely, I said so many times, but got torpedo'd all the time. Bernie would have been an much better candidate without all the baggage. At least she should have him elected as V.P.; then may be she could have won.

Seeing the shallow mentality of our deplorable nation now makes me believe that she had as much of a chance as a black boy in Alabama (1950) getting a glass of water at the diner.

Maybe the next generation will be a little more kind and less socially ignorant. I wouldn't hold your breath though.

Sanders's appeal was far too narrow. His socialist label would have been his undoing.

Yes, HRC was horribly flawed with too much baggage, but Sanders was not the answer.

Sanders has a lot of baggage from his true socialist (bordering on communism) days, which Republicans would have ruthlessly used against him. Hillary chose not to.

It follows logically from Sanders ending trending that if he were the candidate he would have gotten all the Bernistas, most of the Democrats and at least half of the deplorables. In other words Bernie would have wiped the floor with Trump. Bernie would have gotten around 75% of the popular vote and every electoral college vote. Schmidt, the better dead than red fear was put to death by the deplorables.

Chet, That is nonsense. You have no idea what would have happened. If he was such a fabulous candidate he would have won the primary. He did not. Was DWS garbage ? Yes, but he didn't pull in enough votes to stay relevant. He would have been handled harshly by the repub's and your imaginary ideas are just that. He didn't make the cut. Pout until the end of time if you want.

    This was mentioned in Europe:

America, you might call this an election, but the rest of the world is viewing it as your I.Q. test; however it failed horribly.

About Bernie; don't forget all the votes he got; thus if it would have been an Bernie/ Hillary game, more Bernie supporters would have joined the Clinton ticket. May be an stupid view, but this is an stupid country, so I fit right in.

Just an couple of questions: no one seems concerned about trump's tax return's anymore? No one concerned anymore that he keeps running his business from the White House and have enormous leverage to "corrupt" his dealings and wheelings? What about the 27 lawsuits running against him? What about the twelve women who he was going to sue and will these women as yet sue him?

Sorry I see this nomination as an total farce; just wait over time, it won't be what they voted for. He is and remains an loose cannon, now with the help of quite a few imbeciles.

Just one question: Why did Sanders got all the votes he got ( more States than Hillary yesterday)? Why did Hillary put his idea's on her platform? No, you have no idea what "communism" is ask Putin or China. ( there are more "millionaires" there than you think, regardless of "communism")

    Doesn't change anything.

what did we hear during campaign season? The voters want to hear about issues! Bullshit. The voters want to hear about two things: soundbytes that make complex issues seem so simple and easily repairable in their favor with no pain. the second thing they want is negative campaigning (read:insults) directed against the person(s) they have chosen to oppose for any myriad of reasons, real or psychotic (read: gays, brown people and Muslims. Oh, and liberals too although liberals can be just as guilty.).

Wow ! That's harsh Lonely. Not necessarily inaccurate but harsh none the less. Don Rickles is too old (forgive me if he's passed on), Trump is unique so we don't have another for 2020 or 2024. The rapid fire loaded with insults celebrity with a 10 year old mentality isn't easily found.

Back to Bernie. I hope he lives to be 100 but he's most likely done and thus you'll never see a Pres. Sanders. I had to be blunt but I am being honest. Time to move on. If things had been more positive ending victoriously on Tues. Mr. Sanders would have been speaker of the house. Not a bad gig if you can get it. Instead we have a farce of a clown show. If you need hobby tips, see Jared. He knows a thing or two about stamps.

Bernie could have been majority leader in the senate but one gets your point.

as for clowns now we will get to see why so many people are afraid of them.

the rwnj's wanted the aca repealed? They will get to see the phucquing mess republicans will put into place unless the dems filibuster everything.

The weird thing is that all of a sudden the "unfit" as mentioned by Hillary and Obama, has now disappeared all of a sudden.

Again I repeat who is going to ask about his taxes and lawsuits as well behavior during the campaign as well women issues.

Are we really closing our eyes until an real disaster hits us via him? Is this an country full of hypocrites?

Is he all of a sudden not dangerous to push the "red nuclear" button? Shaking my old head.

Have we all become the "herd of dumb sheep" who follows the leader into the swamp, so we all drown?
