NBC has reported that the government is preparing for a potential cyber attack from hackers on election night. So far the reports are that your vote is safe but false or at least not fact checked accusations could be made late in the process. Also, fake information could appear on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or other sources. An attack on our electrical grid is a possibility according to their story.

Thought or opinions ? Ideas on how we could or should respond ? It's a new threat. Russia has been linked of course.

Another reported story is that KKK or other thugs could be attempting to disrupt voting that night. Of course it won't happen in your or my neighborhood but if it happens at all there should be an immediate and stern rebuttal. There's also talk of chaos if "She" was to win. I would be quite pleased if looking back we could say "appropriate authorities handled that well" as opposed to saying that they didn't expect it. If a guy from Ohio/Florida was able to pay attention to warnings, maybe somebody in charge should discuss this immediately.

Related story on Politico but I am tech challenged and haven't been able to copy the link. Also CNN has reported on this.

Yes Tony; what is going on with this country; I prefer the good old days when America was loved for its good deeds, just after WWII; then it went downhill and will reach its bottom soon.
