On msnbc Gary Johnson was being interviewed and the discussion was on the crisis in Syria. Aleppo was asked about and he asked what Aleppo was. The question has since been raised that if you don't know about a place where the war is in a crisis mode and humanitarian problems are rampant, should you be running for president of the United States. He looked foolish at best and the internet is making him look pretty bad. There was a good story of the Huffington Post just now providing the details.

He never should have been in in the first place. A typical uninformed idiot Libertarian. No clue on anything but himself. He would be a good VP choice for Trumplskilson. Jill Stien isn't any better. A wide eye underinformed Doctor who belongs in the medical trade, NOT politics.
No wonder Hillary looks so good with this collection of know nothing losers ! At least she knows what she is talking about, even if she is a centerist, moderat, Republican in a Democratic pantsuit. There were actually a few good moderate Republicans back when America was so "great", never again, I'm afraid.
USA Today: This is Aleppo in 5 devastating photos
Aleppo along with the tragic events of other Syrian and Iraqi cities that have been in the news should be discussion topics for anyone running for president. However, if Gary Johnson is to be singled out for ridicule, how is it then that Donald Trump seems to get a pass. His ignorance is astounding and he seems to know far less than Johnson. Yet Trump's stupid stuff like taking the Iraqi oil actually gets serious consideration by some journalists (e.g. Breitbart News).
The humanitarian effort needed to fix the Aleppo problem (along with other problems) is extremely complex and difficult. It cannot be relegated to Twitter political soundbites.
The photo of the Syrian boy (link above) covered in dust and blood is gut wrenching.
Gary Johnson is also a rampant Deficit Terrorist.
But I think he'll make a healthy dent in the Trump vote and I support that.

Agreed.
I'm just fine with Johnson being on the ballot because he will undoubtedly siphon votes that would have otherwise gone to Trump. Stein wasn't even able to get her name added to the ballot in all fifty states. She may get a few votes in the election, but Gary Johnson has the real potential to tilt the election in Hillary's favor.
