Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas asked a question during oral arguments for the first time in over ten years today. What, you may ask, was the blockbuster case the court was hearing that convinced the justice he has to speak up? Well, it was a case about a domestic abusers right to own a gun. As you can probably already guess, he was not on the side of the abused.
It's shocking (and terrifying) that this man is one of a handful of people responsible for being the final arbiters of the law in this country. If his words today were any further reason for Democrats to get out an vote this November then I don't know what is.
