I thoroughly enjoyed this years Super Bowl half time show performance, but it looks like a lot of police unions throughout the country weren't as happy as I was. Angry cops took to Twitter and Facebook to feign outrage over Beyonce making a political statement on the worlds largest stage. Forgive me for not feeling sorry for these cops who had a sad.
Maybe the police should work on building better relationships with communities instead of throwing a hissy fit every time their feelings are hurt. What better place to draw attention to the rampant injustices inner city communities face at the hands of police who feel (or should I say know) they are above the law than at the Super Bowl when tens of millions of people will hear it? If police get upset every time someone calls them out for their brutality then maybe they should look in the mirror and ask themselves why millions of Americans don't trust them anymore.

I just find it laughable how tone deaf the police in this country are. Instead of doing something about their rampant abuse, they are pushing for cities to pass laws making it so they can arrest people who video tape their rampant abuse.
