Seems like liberal solutions are the most conservative examples of resolving problems. I feel that the environment and people can better be served by progressive rather than retributive action. Promoting industries to solve problems would benefit the world more than outlawing problems. Solutions to ongoing problems would enable the greatest potential polluters , emerging economies , to address pollution. Giving third world countries a pass while hurting our own poor doesn't make sense.
